“When I arrived the computer system was down but I had no problem getting my room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful in giving direction to a good restaurant. The room was awful...both towel bars in the bathroom were almost ripped off the wall. The non smoking room smelled like an old ashtray and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bed comforter. “This hotel needs a lot of reconstruction work! The tv is very tiny, making it difficult to watch it and relax! The tub is very old, ceilings are brown, needs repainting. For the money, it could gave been better.”

“Total disappointment! Beds with hairs, smelly rooms like urine or smoke, walkways are dirty with stained drips and cockroaches at night. overall, not a pleasant environment. Had to be switched bedrooms after being shown 3, it was close to midnight had no option but sleep there since they had already taken my deposit. Just a dreadful experience!”

“Staff was super nice the maid staff didn’t do anything same sheets for 5 days no trash was collected. Went to quality inn for remainder of my stay.”
