“Carl was super nice, proactive, and a great communicator for this trip. The place was convenient, clean, in great repair, with lots of amenities and super easy to ski out. Little touches like a box of firewood, tinder, and matches and clear instructions on everything make things so pleasant. Would totally stay again. ”

Whether it was remembering a small detail of one guest such as lactose intolerance or recommendations of things to do in town, the owners were always willing to help in any way they can. ”

“This was such a great find! First time staying at a ski resort and it was perfect! Really enjoyed the ski in / ski out. We had beautiful views from our room complete with balcony overlooking the slopes! Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fire pits outside were also nice to have. Very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel.”

“Arrivati alle 10.30 p.m. non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception sebbene non risultasse indicato un orario di chiusura del chec-in nella prenotazione. L'addetto ci ha lasciato un biglietto con cui ci invitava a telefonargli al ns arrivo. Alla chiamata non ha risposto. Comunque abbiamo trovato la porta dell'hotel aperta ed in una busta la chiave della stanza. La mattina sucessiva doccia con acqua fredda.”

“We were very disappointed,the check in went smooth,but the condo itself was very disappointing.The minute we walked in the building it smelled terrible.Had no clue it was a basement condo or never would of booked it. The linen and couch itself smelled moldy and musty..there was a huge rip in the slider screen.Being a very hot and muggy night the mosquitoes were terrible.We checked out the next day and had to find another place to stay.
