    Questa incredibile casa di lusso su 4. 5 acri vicino a un ruscello (così il nome Brookhouse) è stata costruita e arredata nel 2012 con mobili / elettrodomestici / biancheria di prima qualità. La proprietà è mantenuta professionalmente come un affitto di lusso. La casa è a soli 5 minuti di auto dalla zona di Mount Snow in Carinzia, con una nuovissima apertura della club house nel 2018 in inverno.
    INVERNO:
    A 5 minuti dalla base della Carinthia di Mount Snow oa circa 10 minuti dalla parete principale del Monte Snow. È su Haystack Mountain per racchette da neve, sci di fondo. Posizione perfetta per i motoslitta dato che siamo proprio su Haystack Mountain e anche il sentiero VAST. Parcheggio per motoslitte fornito. Zoar Outdoor a Wilmington, VT offre tutte le attività invernali. La casa è anche vicino a 2 cavalli da aggiungere all'ambiente VT. Questo è il modo in cui la vita VT lussuosa dovrebbe essere ...


    ESTATE:
    Lake Raponda e Lake Whitingham sono circa 10-15 minuti. Entrambi hanno bellissime spiagge. Zoar Outdoor offre numerose attività per l'estate e l'inverno, a Wilmington VT. Il bacino idrico di Harriman offre noleggio di barche. 40 minuti da Charlemont, MA per il rafting. 40 minuti da Bromley Mountain per la fodera zip, montagne di montagna e altre attività familiari. 40 minuti a Manchester, VT per lo shopping outlet.

    Ogni Master Suite ha un bagno privato, ampi armadi, caminetti a gas, TV / WiFi al primo e al secondo piano della casa. Il seminterrato ha una grande sala giochi, Smart TV aggiuntiva e due camere da letto con 4 letti a castello e un bagno completo, lavatrice / asciugatrice.

    Tutti i letti delle suite sono lussuosamente dotati di lenzuola Frette da 800 fili, anche di asciugamani da bagno Frette nei bagni. Tutti i cuscini in piuma e coperte e vasca idromassaggio per rilassarsi dopo lo sci.

    La cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici e pentole Viking, utensili per pentole per intrattenere fino a 16 persone in grande stile. C'è anche un camino a legna da aggiungere all'ambiente. Ci sono due tavoli da picnic e un pozzo del fuoco nel cortile laterale. E una vasca idromassaggio sul ponte posteriore. Un sacco di legna da ardere fornito.

Nice home with plenty of beds. The air conditioners were filthy and were unable to cool down the bedrooms so the upstairs bedrooms were 84 degrees on the first night. The owners should have cleaned the air conditioners and turned them on a day before to cool down the house during the heat wave. The house is nice but over priced.

Spacious, modernized, equipped house.
Mirror Lake, a nice, family friendly ½-mile hike each way. Kids, parents enjoyed the swim.

Idyllic Vermont setting

The house is great to host a group, we had a number of children and they enjoyed sleeping in the bunk rooms. The house is well appointed and the grounds are beautiful. I hope to stay here again someday!

Beautiful House & Location

This is our second time to stay at the Whitehouse. Great for family vacation! 4 adult children & their families! Plenty of room! We are already planning our trip to Vermont to the Whitehouse for next year! Would highly recommend!

Great Location for Multiple Families with Kids

4 Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a huge finished basement with bunk beds for kids. In the summer it's clearly not used that often and could benefit from a little TLC but overall an amazing space for large groups.

Lovely Stay

My friends and I booked this house for weekend getaway and we absolutely enjoyed it. The house has beautiful outdoor yard so serene which kids and dog thoroughly enjoyed. The house was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. Grocery store, restaurants and activities are in good proximity. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Lots of room

9 of us who have known each other between 60 and 30 years met up to talk and make sure our connection to each other stays solid. Every family had their own bedroom and bath and we spent hours at the dining room table talking. It was great.

Family Weekend

We enjoyed the Brook House very much. We loved having 4 master bedrooms & baths. The 2 bunk rooms were wonderful for the kids. The location and property were great. Our family of 8 adults & 2 kids had plenty of space. We enjoyed that the owner provided a nice bag of Breakfast Blend ground coffee for the coffee maker! Our family is talking about coming again next summer with one more family and 2 more grandkids! Thank you to Alex!

The home is exactly as described. Enough dishes, utensils, pans etc. The only thing it needed was additional dish towels. We only had one for the whole weekend.

Picture-perfect Thanksgiving

Three generations of our extended family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this superlative property. Children loved the downstairs playroom and bunk rooms. Adults enjoyed luxurious en suite bedrooms. The cooks were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. Thanksgiving Day featured a beautiful snowfall. We had a wonderful multi-generational family weekend at this beautiful estate in West Dover, VT. The house is incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for group meals and celebrations. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated that every suite had its own bathroom, making it ideal for a large family group of adults and seniors.The grounds are stunning, with open fields, a lovely brook, picnic tables, and a front porch with plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed relaxing outside and soaking in the mountain views. There are some limited hiking trails right from the property, and the location was perfect for exploring local restaurants, fairs, hiking, and kayaking in the area.We were celebrating a milestone 80th birthday, and the home provided the perfect setting for our family to gather and make memories. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the owner was proactive and responsive, making sure everything was just right for our stay.We highly recommend this home to any large family group looking for comfort, beauty, and a truly special place to gather. We would happily stay here again!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean, and spacious home. The beds were very cozy, bedding and towels were great quality and soft. The kitchen, living room and den were wide open and great for our large family to prepare dinners and relax together. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses, silverware and sharp knives (something we all noticed! haha) for a big group. Loved the front porch to have coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. The house has a lot of outdoor privacy along with offering a lot of activities nearby (listening and walking in the stream out back was a family favorite spot). The property manager Claudia was very attentive while at the same time giving us our privacy. She is awesome! We loved our time in Vermont and hope to return for a future vacation!

Wedding Weekend

We were in Dover for a wedding at the nearby Hermitage Inn. The property was so convenient to all the activities, literally a 2 minute walk. My entire family was able to be together and not only enjoy a fun wedding but our downtime was so relaxed and enjoyable too! The house is stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear and toys and children plates! The yard was large enough for the kids to run around and have a great time. We each had our own mini suite with bathroom which was so convenient. With two living spaces we never felt like we were on top of each other, but large enough that we could gather for meals and just some down time after the kids went to bed. Close enough to stores and restaurants also! We had a great weekend without stress thanks to the thoughtfulness of the owners and their property! Highly recommend!!

AMAZING Family Vacation

This property was PERFECT for our group of 8 adults and two little ones (1 and 3). The downstairs bunk rooms, playroom and bathroom worked perfectly for the kids and their parents. The 3 year old said several times "I love this house." The rest of us had very large and nicely appointed bedrooms with en suite baths. Plenty of paper products and bath products were provided. The kitchen was AMAZING and very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having coffee out on the covered porch in the morning. We used the fire pit one evening, which was really fun. The kids had lots of outdoor space to explore and really loved the swing in the back of the house. The entire house was very well appointed and VERY clean. We are looking forward to having the chance to come back here again in the future. Thank you to Alex for a beautiful property.

Perfect getaway with friends

We had a lovely time at the property. The house and yards were well maintained. Perfect New England location, covered bridge entrance to the community, hills and a nice house with ample yards to relax outside. The host and property manager were super responsive to questions and queries.
