Cottage a West Down

“We had a lovely New year's stay in this cottage, going for coastal walks and getting cosy by the fire when we came back. The cottage is really comfortable, we loved the heated bathroom floors and the well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed playing a bit of darts and table tennis in the games room. The hosts were so helpful when there was a slight issue when we arrived.. it was really quickly sorted. Highly recommend!”

“The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead). “Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). “We loved it, dogs loved it , garden could be a bit more secure though, but we just stayed out with them. Lovely views and some gorgeous beaches not to far away in the car. Everything you need is there, but a bread knife, was a bit hard to cut an unsliced loaf 🤣”
