La Gestalt Villa si trova nella tenuta privata recintata di Steele Point, che si trova sulla punta più occidentale di Tortola. Sperimenterai la meraviglia tropicale dato che la villa Gestalt è immersa in rigogliosi giardini, ibisco in fiore e un'abbondanza di palme in questa tenuta esclusiva di 8 acri. La tua villa in stile mediterraneo, comprende quattro master suite elegantemente arredate e dotate di doccia esterna privata. Capolavoro architettonico, la villa Gestalt offre viste simultanee sia sull'oceano Atlantico che sul Mar dei Caraibi.

Oltre 100 piedi sopra il livello del mare, questa villa unica e totalmente privata vi permetterà di vivere al meglio. Si noterà il fascino della villa il momento in cui si cammina per la passerella di pietra attraverso un cortile giardino fiorito, circondato da palme alte e serena vista sull'oceano.

La nuova cucina gourmet progettata su misura presenta bellissimi armadi in teak, fabbricatore di ghiaccio, armadietto del vino, refrigeratore per bevande, gamma di gas tutti dai produttori di apparecchi di fascia alta - Sub-Zero, Miele, Bosch. Se ti diverti a cucinare ti piacerà cucinare sulla grande griglia a gas situata proprio fuori dalla porta della cucina.

La villa Gestalt si trova nella penisola di Steele Point, uno dei tanti promontori che formano il canale di Sir Francis Drake. Oltre il canale è pittoresco St. John tuttavia, la vista da Gestalt è dei 7.000 e più ettari di parco nazionale non sviluppato. Se le viste di cui sopra non fossero abbastanza, dalla Gestalt puoi anche vedere i Parchi Nazionali BVI, Great Thatch Island, Sandy Cay e Sandy Spit insieme ad altre otto isole. Inoltre, essendo parte dello Steele Point Estate, questa villa è direttamente nel centro non solo della USVI o della BVI, ma di tutte le Isole Vergini. Tutto meraviglioso che le Isole Vergini hanno da offrire è equidistante e facilmente accessibile. Visited with a new born and another couple. Great, secluded location up the point ; only minutes from the Marina. House was in Impeccable shape. Perfect for a quiet week. Great indoor/outdoor living.

The house has a beautiful layout with a number of spaces where one could have some personal space. The views were excellent in every directions. We enjoyed the parade of boats coming and going from Soper’s Hole. The market at Soper’s Hole was convenient down a rough road. But, there were nice restaurants and a great little coffee shop. I could go on, but this is a fabulous home in an absolutely beautiful location.

Gestalt Villa is incredible. Everywhere you look, water views. Our group of two families included 4 adults and 4 kids age 9 - 12. We loved the villa. The cleaning crew does a FANTASTIC job, the caretaker is responsive and helpful, and the owner provided us with all of the island information that we needed. Highly recommend! There are a few things to be aware of: the property is entirely open other than the bedrooms. So, yes, there are bugs. You cannot leave a crumb or the bugs find it, and at night they will, of course, swarm the lights - including the TV. This is just a facet you have to deal with. You need an SUV, do not rent a regular car. The road to get to Steele Point is unpaved and steep. That said, the location is perfect. So close to Soper's Hole and the West End Ferry! It was very easy 20 minute ferry to Jost Van Dyke, and very close if you opt to do a day on a boat. Smuggler's Cove is the closest beach and it is amazing.

The property was simply amazing - an architectural masterpiece that emphasizes the panoramic and wonderful views in all directions. The outdoor living spaces are perfect for the setting - elevated and serene, comfortable and relaxing. The pool is perfection, allowing privacy, but with endless views. Bedrooms were comfortable with interesting outdoor shower configurations (even most of the bathrooms have great views!) The property is "behind the gates" at the Steele Estate, giving a sense of security and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was truly a five star experience. We certainly hope to be able to return!

The property manager was very responsive from the time we booked the trip. She helped recommend car rental, boat rental and a personal chef to cook at the property. The property was a little difficult to find initially because the entrance road is dirt/gravel and a fairly steep grade. But once we arrived we were very pleased. The property is gated and well-kept. The view is outstanding from sunrise to sunset (the pictures don’t do it justice). Bugs can be difficult for about 30 minutes at sunrise and sunset so make sure you pack some bug spray. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. Our personal chef brought requested groceries and went above and beyond to please our party. We had an excellent stay and it was very difficult to leave! I hope to return soon!

This is my 3rd time staying at the Steele Point estate, and every time it gets better and better. They've rebuilt from the storm, and the house looked amazing. The view is the best in the world and it is truly as peaceful as it gets!

What an amazing villa. The location is truly exceptional, ocean views in every direction. The open air living spaces are one of a kind. We went in the summer and didn't find it too hot being outside at all, there are multiple ceiling fans and a nice breeze. There is still plenty of cover for the occasional rain shower and it was actually very relaxing sitting out during the rain. The A/C in the bedrooms was perfect for sleeping. The on-island caretaker was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The location is remote and the road a little rough, 4wd pretty much required for access. Soper's Hole is a short drive and has about anything you may need. We had a great stay, perfect island get-away!

This property is absolutely beautiful, but the private dock was my favorite part. There was adequate space to sit under shade and talk with friends as well as the ability to easily jump into the beautiful water to cool off. The views from the house are magnificent and the outside showers fantastic. We had a wonderful time!

Gestalt Villa is wonderful. The house is has a unique feel, with plenty of indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one might need for cooking. The views our amazing - we loved watching the boat traffic coming and going from Sopers Hole on one side, and Jost Van Dyck on the other side. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, with quality bedding. The bathrooms were gorgeous, and creatively designed - nothing like showering under the sun or stars while gazing at the views! Both Charmaine and Astley couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.
