Questa favolosa villa è situata nella prestigiosa tenuta di Belmont, nel West End di Tortola, nelle Isole Vergini britanniche.
Limeberry House è un sogno dei designer con colori vivaci, piastrelle messicane, lavandini di sole e luna che ti svegliano anche se hai fatto festa tardi nella baracca della luna piena di Bomba! La villa in stile indiano occidentale si annida nei contorni o nella terra, con camere da letto situate in cottage separati mantenendo la massima privacy. Tutte le camere sono climatizzate.
La casa vi accoglie con un'atmosfera aperta e ariosa, la sala da pranzo coperta che è il punto focale della casa vanta una cucina gourmet a pianta aperta, quindi nessuno è lasciato fuori dal divertimento. Una stufa Viking a sei fuochi, un frigorifero per la produzione di ghiaccio in acciaio inossidabile e una lavastoviglie completano questa cucina gourmet.

Una breve rampa di scale porta alle suite Tamarind e Vanilla. Il Tamarindo ha il suo mazzo privato, completo di un albero che cresce attraverso di esso e una doccia esterna, tutti posizionati per catturare la brezza rinfrescante dei Caraibi.

La spettacolare piscina a sfioro turchese offre una vista mozzafiato su Long Bay e sul Palm Grove, o con splendidi tramonti su Smuggler's Cove. Usa il posto cocktail in piscina in modo da poter guardare il sole tramontare sorseggiando un punch al rum.

Ad ovest della casa c'è anche un ponte per pranzare all'aperto con una stufa barbecue in acciaio inossidabile. Qui nelle belle serate è possibile cenare sotto le stelle.

Great family stay at Jonathan’s house. 6 adults and 2 kids, most days were spent on the beach. Smuggler’s Cove was a favorite. The house was perfect for our group and you can’t beat the views. Jonathan was extremely helpful with any questions we asked of him. He even dropped off some fresh caught Wahoo for us one day! We cooked at the house most of the days, as we enjoyed just hanging out in such a great space. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Just wow! The house was so wonderful and inviting and perfect for the environment. It is a unique open air set up that worked for us. The views are incredible, the pool is a center point for gathering and the bedrooms were all lovely and comfortable and afforded everyone their own privacy. My family members felt this was probably one of the most enjoyable accommodations we have experienced. Jonathon, our host was very helpful with arrival information, greeting us on arrival with fresh homemade banana bread and making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook, but there are good restaurants in the area if you want to eat out. I've already passed on this accommodation recommendation to friends.

I arrived on Tortola with my three teenage children (husband couldn't come) just as Hurricane Erin looked like it was headed directly for the island. It was quite an adventure! Jonathan, the host, felt immediately like family and his primary concern was for our safety and floated the possibility that he would move us to a space that wasn't so high up in the mountains and exposed to the elements. We didn't end up having to do that, but it was nice to know that was an option in case it was needed. Jonathan was calm but also let us know that this could be treacherous. Jonathan & co came and boarded up all the windows and doors and we spent 2 days in the house like that. Sounds not so great, but my kids and I made the best of it cooking, watching movies coloring and playing cards. Once the storm passed and the clouds cleared we could finally see how special the house and the location were. All the reviews say the same thing, but the views are simply stunning and the infinite pool was exquisite. We spent hours in that pool. We enjoyed the local restaurants and just driving around the island in our Jeep was an adventure in itself. We took a day trip to Virgin Gorda and the Baths-should not be missed, and also chartered a boat to take us to the best snorkling spots in the area. Swimming with sea turles was a highlight. The local, private beach was our favoriWe have stayed in MANY beautiful VRBO homes, but we all agreed that Jonathan's house was at the top of that list.

A Slice of Paradise – Limeberry Villa is Perfection!

Our stay at Limeberry Villa in Tortola’s West End was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by every detail—this place is absolutely incredible. The views are truly jaw-dropping, with sweeping panoramas that made every sunrise and sunset feel like a private show just for us.The villa itself is immaculately designed. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed, offering both luxury and comfort, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and gathering with our group. But the highlight? The infinity pool. We’ve never experienced anything like it—floating while overlooking the lush hills and sparkling sea was simply unforgettable.Jonathan, the owner, and Jubi were phenomenal hosts. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in the lead-up to our trip, and their thoughtful touches made our arrival extra special. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.And the location? Perfect. Smugglers Cove beach is just a short walk or drive away, and it quickly became one of our favorite beaches ever—crystal clear water, soft sand, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like our own private paradise. Patricia’s Beach Bar serves up the best drinks and food! Try the grouper wrap!We left already dreaming about our next visit. Limeberry Villa is a gem, and we can’t wait to return!

We had a great time island hopping through out the week & touring Tortola then coming home for a dip in the wonderful infinity pool. The property was perfect and Jon our host was very attentive! Thanks for the memories!

Awesome Villa

From the moment we walked in to Limeberry Villa we were ecstatic about the location and home. Beautiful views, clean, and well-appointed. Jon and Jubi were extremely quick to respond to our questions and needs. We had one incident when an ac unit froze up in a BR and Jubi was there to fix it within 90 minutes. The location was great as well with multiple restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic & Magical place

The property is stunning, everything about it was amazing. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare food with. The furniture was comfortable, and the views spectacular.. the local beaches were close and easy to get to. It was truly a magical trip.

Friends Anniversary Trip

The villa was just perfect for our stay. It was clean, very welcoming, and we loved the separate suite setup with a shared main area. The nature of everything being outside was really amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we would have needed if we planned to cook anything other than breakfast, but we enjoyed many meals out. We LOVED Omar's and Sugar Mill. We also visited Sebastian's and Pusser's, both great for the atmosphere! The owner and managers were incredibly prompt in all replies to our questions and requests. They were all so nice and catered to our every need. We could tell that they really knew the island, the area, and could give us really great advice. You definitely want a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the roads to get to the villa are steep! That was quite an adventure, but Maps and our directions from the owner were spot on! You will also want a vehicle if you plan on visiting the beach or taking other excursions on a daily basis, which we did. We loved Smuggler's Cove. We visited both Nigil and Patricia who were very different and both very pleasant. We rented our vehicle from Denzil Clyne who was very accommodating to our arrival on the East End (airport) and departure on the West End (ferry). We absolutely loved our 4 day, 5 night Limeberry Villa getaway celebrating a combined 50 years of marriage (20 years for 2 couples and 10 years for the other) and highly recommend the villa.

Wonderful week at Limeberry Villa

My boyfriend and I stayed a week at Limeberry Villa with 3 other couples. It was the perfect setup for couples traveling together as each bedroom had an ensuite bath and was in separate entrances/buildings with a locked door. We could all have privacy when we wanted and we had plenty of room to gather together in the common areas. Communication was excellent with Jonathan before we arrived and with Jude during our stay. The house was extremely clean and the housekeeper came mid-week to change bed linens and clean as needed. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels for our group of 8 to use. We also had access to 2 washers/dryers. All 4 bedrooms have great air conditioning. You should be careful not to leave food out in the open air kitchen as we did seem to have what we thought were chickens getting into the bread a couple of nights. One night the power went out but the generator came on immediately and ran the whole house without interruption. Jude recommended takeout from D Coal Pot on our first night and was kind enough to pick it up for us. We also had groceries delivered from Riteway and he coordinated with them for delivery. Ice chests were provided. My only criticism would be that we had 8 guests but could only find beach chairs for 5 people. Although I'm sure if we had asked Jude, he would have arranged for more for us. We loved this house and would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Tortola.

What a Week

Travelling with family is always fun and the layout and location of Limeberry Villa enhanced the experience. The pictures online are spot on. The villa is broken into four separate sleeping areas, which gave each couple plenty of privacy, while the common areas were open and allowed plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views. The pool was picture perfect for a morning dip or a refreshing swim after the beach. The villa is well appointed, and we had everything we needed. Check in and out were smooth experiences and communicating with the host and property manager (Jonathan and Jube) was easy. Hope to return again when we visit Tortola.
