Sans Souci è una splendida casa di famiglia con 3 camere da letto (più un ufficio con futon) che può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 persone. Situati nella prestigiosa comunità chiusa di Towers Estate nel West End, i panorami sono davvero spettacolari ... un senso di calma circonda la villa mentre si guarda attraverso il Sir Francis Drake Channel fino alle più piccole Isole Vergini Britanniche e St John, USVI.

Decorato in tutti i toni neutri, molti dipinti in stile caraibico di artisti locali e con mobili in teak per lo più di alta qualità, l'arredo offre uno sfondo rilassante per lasciare il punto di vista al centro della scena. Come il nome traduce ... preoccupazioni e preoccupazioni svaniranno durante il soggiorno in questa proprietà eccezionale.

Sicuramente vi godrete i grandi spazi aperti a Sans Souci, i panorami sono davvero mozzafiato e possono essere goduti da più sedie a sdraio e posti a sedere intorno alla villa - sia ombreggiati che soleggiati - sul portico avvolgente, piscina e mazzi per grigliate ( barbecue a gas e carbone disponibile). La nuovissima piscina a sfioro (estate 2018) è il luogo perfetto per una bevanda fresca e un libro in qualsiasi momento della giornata.

Al piano terra la cucina è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, lavatrice e asciugatrice e tutti i gadget necessari. Un bar per la colazione separa la cucina dalla sala da pranzo e soggiorno, entrambi i quali hanno grandi porte scorrevoli e schermi su 2 pareti che forniscono luce e brezza, nonché i fantastici panorami. La sala da pranzo offre posti a sedere per 8 e il soggiorno ha un 55 "TV con un firestick per le vostre esigenze di intrattenimento. C'è la possibilità di aria condizionata in tutta la casa, comprese tutte le camere da letto e il soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Un mezzo bagno si trova anche al piano terra.

La nuova master suite al piano terra è un'aggiunta meravigliosa che rende questa villa perfettamente confortevole per una sola coppia senza sentirsi straordinariamente grande. Tutto di questa suite è lussuoso, dal letto a baldacchino king-size in teak e armadi a muro al bagno sorprendente con doppio lavabo e cabina doccia. Aggiungete a ciò le porte scorrevoli ai piedi del letto che conducono direttamente alla piscina a pochi metri ... potreste non voler mai lasciare Sans Souci!

Al primo piano ci sono altre 2 camere da letto e un ufficio con Futon. Dormire come un re nel magnifico letto a barca in teak nella spaziosa suite king con cabina armadio e ampio bagno con doppio lavabo e doccia. Le porte scorrevoli conducono al ponte superiore avvolgente con le stesse viste affascinanti. Una terza camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadi a muro offre ancora la vista sull'oceano e la brezza con le grandi porte scorrevoli ai piedi del letto. Un bagno con doccia situato sul pianerottolo è condiviso dalla terza camera da letto e da chiunque possa soggiornare in ufficio. L'ufficio si trova anche al primo piano ed è bello e spazioso e si affaccia sulla piscina e sull'oceano oltre. Anch'esso ha accesso al portico superiore avvolgente.

Amazing

Beautiful House, very confortable. The views breathtaking.Management was great. You need a good SUV to get there we rented two Hyundai Tucson and went well. Need to use Low Gear to get up there. But is worthless to get those views.

Paradise in Tortola, BVI

As described in so many of the other reviews, this villa is beautiful. We spent many hours just relaxing in the infinity pool while enjoying the views of the surrounding islands below us. The wrap-around deck was a perfect place for us to enjoy our breakfast each morning. Yes, the drive to the villa is steep, but once you drive up the first time, ever other time is a breeze. The key from one of the local was to put my car in Low gear, which worked perfectly. Finally, Sam, Sharlene, and Delroy were responsive, and took care of all of our questions during our visit. If you plan on travelling to the BVI, this villa should be where you plan on staying !!!!!

A great time in paradise

Sans Souci was perfect. The photos and description are spot-on. Everything was clean and well maintained. My family of 4 had a great experience in Tortola/BVI and Sam and her team were a big part of that. They gave us great advice regarding local vendors and activities. Louisa directed us to the property and made sure we were settled on our arrival day and Sam checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Any questions were promptly answered. The house had everything we wanted.. My whole family - wife, son (21) and daughter (18) all agreed it was probably our best vacation ever. Many thanks to the Villas of Tortola team!

Solitude in Heaven

You ever read reviews where they say how wonderful the view is... well words alone are hard to describe what you can see. You have to actually visit this slice of heaven to experience the true beauty of it. With no exaggeration, this place was magical. Breathtaking views, the infinity pool, the wonderful grounds, even better than the pictures on VRBO and let's not forget the comforting AC! We would recommend this home to ANYONE who is looking for solitude with a view of the surrounding islands. Loved the location! Thank you for making us magical memories.

Loved everything about it!

2 adults and 2 teenagers for the week--The view from the house and the pool is incredible, looking towards St. John and the West End. Pool was a wonderful option when we were too sandy from the beach, (rinsing off and) showering in the outdoor shower is one of my favorite perks! House was well appointed with everything we needed to cook As well as do a quick load of laundry mid week. Would definitely stay again! Only slight challenge is the very steep drive up to the house which was no problem with a four-wheel-drive and some guts. Beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy and great location to explore the island.

San Sauci is wonderful

San Sauci is a wonderful well-equipt house in a wonderful spot. The views, especially the sunset views, are hard to beat. The team of Villas of Tortola are very friendly and responsive and work together to do whatever they can for you. Others have mentioned the steep roads to the property. Indeed they are very steep but as long as you have 4WD or AWD you will be fine. We had an AWD and went up and down the roads several tiimes most days. We got used to it. Those steep roads are all over the island. San Sauci isn't the worst. It is scary but also a bit fun. The only downside is that the sand fleas and the mosquitos are a bit of a pain. Two in our party got the worst of it and had big welts all over. It was surprising because it was so windy but even though we were careful with the screens they got into the house. The mosquitos there are much smaller than I am used to and it seemed they were getting through the screen. The locals told us to use rubbing alcohol as both a deterrent and antiitch. It seemed to work. We ended up keeping the doors and windows closed which was a shame. We would have much preferred the ocean breezes to the airconditioning. You would probably be fine if you don't mind using bug spray but none of us like using it. I brought citronella punks and that seemed to help when we were sitting outside.

Paradise

Sans Souci had to have the best views on the island. Everything about the place is well thought out down to the smallest detail. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and also in the laundry closet. Sam, Sharlene and JC were all fantastic. During our stay Tropical Depression Philippe was passing by and the net morning Sharlene and JC both checked in on us and the house. The generator kicked in so we lost nothing of importance in the house electrical related. Just an all around great experience from the initial contact and setting up of provisions to the personal showing of the house on arrival and then them making sure everything was ok after the storm. Definitely would recommend the house and the whole Villas of Tortola group.

Amazing Views

The house was spacious, clean, well-appointed and the views were spectacular. Breakfast on the terrace, facing the islands was a fabulous way to start the day. A swim on the infinity pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The West End was an accessible place to stay - just a quick trip to the beach and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

My family loved every minute at Sans Souci. The views from the house were fantastic. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The road leading up to the house was not bad by island standards :). We had my 92 year old mother-in-law with us, and the house was set up well for someone that has a few mobility issues. She could easily enter the house without a lot of stairs which was a big plus for us. The team at Villas of Tortola were also great. They helped with everything. Thanks to all for a wonderful vacation.

Best Week Ever!

This villa is simply amazing! It has everything you may need from well equipped kitchen to the most beautiful sunset view you will ever see. Sharlene was so helpful getting a rental car arranged, overseeing grocery delivery, recommending a chef for our first night, and arranging taxi service! Very convenient to West End and to Soper's Hole. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone with 4-6 in their group. And we will definitely book this villa again for our next trip!

Gorgeous house, amazing views

When you stay in an island paradise, this absolutely stunning place is where you imagine yourself. The entire house looks like you’ve stepped into a magazine. Everything is new and updated, from the bathrooms to the well-appointed kitchen to the outdoor area with an infinity pool. Every bedroom has an outdoor deck area. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the house is impeccably decorated. The views from the wraparound decks (upstairs and downstairs) are postcard perfect. The drive up to the place is not for the faint of heart, but that is true anywhere on the island. And the mosquitoes made it hard to sit and relax—something we weren’t expecting—so plan accordingly and pack lots of bug spray with DEET. (They have some at the house.) Overall, a gorgeous house, breathtaking views and everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Spectacular!!!

Sans Souci is a beautiful property and stunning views......pics don't do justice to the views! The property was exactly as described and pictured. The drive up is a little challenging but then again we found this to be true all over Tortola. Definitely need 4-wheel drive. The owners & property management company are outstanding with their service and follow up. I cannot recommend staying here enough!!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family gathering and Sam was an excellent host. She was available for all of our COVID questions and concerns and made us feel at ease with our decision to travel to Tortola, BVI. The house was amazing and the location was perfect for the best views, beaches and shopping. I would highly recommend Sans Souci for any tropical getaway.

Breathtaking accommodation and wonderful support

First time visiting the BVI and it couldn’t have gone better. The house and pool is amazing and only outdone by the breathtaking views at any hour of the day. Close to Road Town and near the convenient West End ferry with shops, breakfast, lunch and dinner places. Highly recommend Omar’s for food and drink, Pussers for cocktails and Omar’s coffee bar for breakfast. The check-in was smooth and we had direct access to the rental personnel at any hour. Recommend planning your Covid testing at the hospital in Road Town- efficient operation there and friendly staff as well. Overall a remarkable trip and an amazingly located VRBO - close enough to everything but just far enough to hear the ocean at night.

Amazing stay at Sans Souci

What a property! Situated at the west end of Tortola, this house has the most incredible views of the western BVI and USVI, and is equipped for a warm, welcoming, and luxurious stay. We spent 7 amazing nights here, using the house as a base for exploring the islands - using ferries, charters, and private rentals to see everything from JvD to the Baths, VG, and Norman island. Every evening we came home to the gorgeous endless pool, and a view that will stay with me forever. The house is well equipped, and with Sam kindly provisioning for our first couple of days, we arrived to a fridge full of food and drink. Could not have wished for a better stay - will be back for sure!

Breathtaking!

My friends and I recently stayed at Sam’s villa for an extended weekend. Let me start off by saying that Sam is so extremely helpful with every question that you could possibly have! Communication between myself and Sam was such a breeze and he helped to organize grocery delivery and taxis. The villa is remarkable and we could have honestly stayed in the whole time and enjoyed ourselves there. The views, especially at sunset, are truly breathtaking. The entire place is clean and has pretty much everything you could need. We had all kitchen appliances to make meals and an endless supply of towels, which was so helpful. I cannot say enough how amazing this property is and how pleased we were to stay here. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We hope to come back soon!

Total privacy with a spectacular view

Sans Souci villa was incredible, and the host, Sam, could not have been nicer or more attentive. She helped us navigate the COVID rules and BVI bureaucracy before and during our stay; found us a nanny for our young children well ahead of our trip; met us on our arrival and escorted us to the villa; and responded promptly when we had random questions about the house or anything needed troubleshooting. As for the place, I don't think I've stayed anywhere with a more dramatic, beautiful, panoramic view. The rooms are well appointed, tastefully decorated, and everything about the house seemed designed to be deeply relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Three items to know before you go: - The pool is not heated, which is totally fine for swimming (it gets comfortably warm) but the thing that looks like a hot tub is the same temp as the rest of the pool, at least as of June 2021. - The wifi wasn't amazing anywhere on Tortola. Sam did what she could, including sending IT guys to the house and replacing the router (!), but it seemed to be a general challenge on the island and not really specific to the villa. If you just need email, text, and streaming video, you'll be fine; two people videoconferencing for work at the same time was dicey. - The roads/hills on Tortola are nuts, and the steep drive up to any of the villas with views will have you sitting up and paying attention. It is well worth the spend to get all-wheel drive and something like a jeep or full-size suv.

Great stay!

The house was amazing-- just as in the photos! The check in process was easy and Sam and her crew were awesome- (met us at our car rental and took us to the home). Someone was always available to answer questions if needed and they were very prompt in responding to any questions. The views from the house were stunning! Wifi worked great. The house had beach chairs, noodles, beach umbrella, maps, etc. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, lots of supplies, washer, dryer etc. (and auto generator in case power went out). Beds were super comfortable and AC worked great-although we preferred to leave the windows open and let the fabulous breeze cool down the house. Location very close to West End and the marina area. Very easy to get to the beautiful beaches and places to eat. We absolutely loved the house, the pool and deck and the unbelievable views from evey room! We will be back! Book it-you will not regret:)

Beautiful Property with Gorgeous Sunsets and Modern Comforts

Lovely property with beautiful infinity pool and verandas to watch the stunningly gorgeous sunsets and starry nights. Fully equipped kitchen, strong internet and AC for modern comforts and the staff was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay-thanks Sharlene and team!
