“Hate to write this review as this is probably the first negative review I’ve written about a hotel.
The property itself was fine, waterpark was nice for the kids but we had other issues. The lock on our door was broken…absolutely a safety issue. The front staff came to my room and tried telling me it wasnt broken…clearly a lie. They would not fix it immediately and refused to move us to a new room. Absolutely a safety concern and this was not taken seriously.

“This was a fantastic place to stay! The free laundry for guests was perfect for us and the machines didn't smell which was great.
Everything was really clean and the staff was very helpful. Also a very delicious cafe next door (white birch). Would stay here again!”

“Room was clean, bathroom door didn’t close fully and noise was a bit of an issue near the front desk/laundry area but otherwise it was a good, clean stay. Pet and mountain bike friendly!”
