“Not a pleasant experience. No staff on premises despite information stating otherwise. No check-in information sent from motel or expedia. Found a phone number on the empty office door to call, took four tries before someone finally answered and told us to use an unlocked room. Room smelled like an entire bottle of pine sol had just been dumped in it. Mostly long term tennants living there, non-stop noise and banging on paper thin walls between 1-4:30 am when I finally gave up and left. Bed...

“The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, and every little detail was thought of. Very clean, smelled great, quiet. I only stayed one night but will definitely be back!”

“It's in a great location within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and shops. I didn't notice a lot of sounds from the street at night. My room was clean and as expected, though I couldn't detect a way to adjust the temperature of my room. Also while the window had blinds, a lot of light still came through in the morning which was not ideal after being up late. All in all, a good spot in downtown. Staff were very helpful!”

“Beautiful property. Rented a 1bed at the Lodge. Very clean. Mini kitchen. Quiet property overall with the exception of my next door neighbors who were loud. Would highly recommended! ”

“Weren’t told of any of the amenities when checking in and learned from other staff about cookies, breakfast etc. pool was cloudy due to someone getting sick in it. Room was exceedingly HOT even when we turned off all heat sources. The heat issue plus Bathroom being set for 88 making my wife sick almost every night of our stay. Being just below the fourth floor lounge in 304 meant we hear all the footsteps and activity of equipment on the 4rth floor in the early hours. For 400+ per night...

“The staff at this hotel was really friendly and very helpful, no one had an attitude or anything like that. All the shuttle drivers that we interact with were very friendly. The property needs some upgrades as the carpet needs to change, but in spite of these things the staff are really good troopers. I would stay there again because it was very convenient to stay there. ”

“Overall the Inn is very nice. Only additional comment of note is that the bath and sleeping space were nice; but the sleeping space was small, perhaps because it was in the 1st floor location.”

“Plenty of parking. The room was okay. Clean and modern but really empty, kind of felt like a hospital room… I was charged $100; not $50 for a damage deposit, and never received it back despite leaving the room with no damages. ”
