Hotel a West Grove

“comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!”

“It was great that they changed booking to ground floor since Im disabled. The parking and location was ideal. However... the beds were so tall I couldnt get on or off without husbands help and I am 5'8"! And the bedspred was so rough, it actually burned my elbow when I moved. My elbow was much smoother though. It was not a handicapped unit but we didnt ask for one. The bathroom didnt accomodate my walker. So hisband had to help again. “Pros: the AC worked great and the location was convenient to our event. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Larger more apartment sized refrigerator. Cons: shower head is only 5'7" up the wall which is inconvenient for a taller guest. No coffee maker in the room, which is a standard amenity in hotels. “maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said booking was for a standard not an accessible room. Stated they had already booked the accessible room for another lady.
