The front counter staff was very friendly. When we checked in and walked in our room it was 56 degrees in the room. It was freezing! The heat took sometime to heat up but thank goodness it did. The best thing about this place is location and the shuttle to the mountain. Onsite restaurant was good as well but with basic food.
