This spacious living area is furnished with a smart TV and plenty of seating. Create your favorite meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of all-white appliances. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-seat dining table. Play yard games in the fenced backyard while supper sizzles on the gas grill. Gather around the fire pit and toast marshmallows when the stars come out. Please note that a long-term tenant lives in the house located beside this rental. The property is separated by an open breezeway.
The fireplaces are not operational.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
