“This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...

“This home was just what we wanted, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and towels… pool was nice and fairly quiet. Bedrooms on either side of the condo was nice as well.. ”

“Listing fails to mention condo is on the THIRD FLOOR and host wanted to argue ground/1st floor, although the building itself labeled the upper floors 2nd and 3rd.No elevator, so if you have accessibility issues, beware. Lesson learned.”

“Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The roof top was a definite bonus for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Communication was quick and check in was easy. Highly recommend this spot!!”

“The condo itself was very nice and clean. I only have 1 thing i was not too happy about and that was the key pick up process . We were in the area to get my dauther moved out from college. With having to fly over 5hrs , rent a SUV, pack move items , plus drive around town. The last thing you want to do is drive to one location to pick up keys and then search for your vacation rental . Other than that beautiful condo decoration.”
