A four bedroom home located on beautiful Deer Island, New Brunswick, Canada.
Naini's is only minutes away from the water and has lots of room for kids and puppy's to play on our one acre lot.
Naini's is 5 minutes from the free letete - deer island ferry and 15 minute drive from the seasonal campobello - deer island pay ferry.

A great spot. Plenty of linens and towels and amenities to use for our family. Nice to have a washer /dryer for our clothes. Air conditioning was a great bonus too. We would recommend this place and will definitely stay when we return

A wonderful place to stay! Lots of room, very clean and well kept. Hosts were very welcoming and communication was great. Deer Island was a sweet little place to stay. Would book this location again and recommend ☺️

Our family is spread out and we don't all get together often. We wanted a nice quiet spot to relax and catch up. This property was the perfect spot. The house was comfortable with lots of room. Everything we needed was there. The yard is nice with lots of birds and the occasional deer. On our last morning, a rabbit came by to visit. Some of us are already thinking of returning.And we got to sample some Mercury Ice Cream. A bonus!!!

We had an amazing vacation at your gorgeous place. The house was so clean. Each bed had a basket of towels, soap, shampoo, razors etc... There was a full rack of spices, ice, k cup machine with a full stock of coffees, teas, hot chocolate.

This is a fantastic little house, on a beautiful, quiet property. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the kids loved the complimentary hot chocolate. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Island Adventure

Naini’s rental is well equipped with everything you might need. The beds are comfortable and it was nice that there is a small bathroom on the second floor. Wifi was good and the tv came in handy on a rainy evening to curl up and watch a movie. Deer Island has lots of little beaches to explore and a rich history dating back many years. Although the weather didn’t permit this trip, there are great places to kayak and maybe see a seal or two. The ferry over to Campobello is a fun day trip as well. The people in the community are friendly and helpful. A great place to go for a little vacation.

Fantastic stay in a very comfortable home

We had a great time. There was plenty of room for us and the big yard was perfect. We visited Old Sow, only 15 minutes away. We wanted to roast hot dogs and they had the fire ready to go for us, including hot dog sticks, upon our arrival! We even met the owner as we were getting on the ferry and she drove us straight to the house! We couldn’t have had better service Thank you!

Fantastic family getaway spot

The host made booking and planning the trip a breeze! Above and beyond with a personalized set-up when we arrived. I had inquired about a lobster pot and pets. She had all the lobster tools ready for us on the counter AND a doggy basket complete with treats! We are all astounded by the little personal touches to each room. The home had everything we needed and more! Board games in a bedroom closet, blankets in living room closet to sit by the fire. Even the bathroom had so many toiletries. We love fires so ran out the first night and when I asked where we can go buy more they restocked it for us!! My first VRBO experience will be hard to beat! Don’t forget to read and sign the guest book, and laying under the starts is a MUST! Thanks for making us feel so welcome, it was definitely hard to leave :)

This house fit our needs perfectly and what I loved the most was that anything we could have needed was there, from bowls and extras for the dog, every kitchen appliance I could have wanted (all located exactly where you think they should be) coffee and sugar and tea and even tinfoil and saranwrap it was all so perfect we loved it!

Loved renting Naini' s Cottage on Deer Island

Just as all the reviews have said, this property was spotless and so well equipped with everything you need. Just bring what you want to eat.....unless you plan to eat out every meal but the kitchen has all you need to prepare a great family meal. Easy access to Campobello and Saint Andrews via 2 ferries. One free. One $25.00 US dollars for car and 2 people. No reservations were needed while we were there. Property would be perfect for a family. A deer met us upon arrival and again the next day as we returned from our adventures. Missed him ..or her...on our 3rd day. We did not use the fire pit but firewood was provided...of course! Highly recommend visiting FDR's summer home on Campobello. We started our visit when the free park opened at 10 am at the visitors center and watched the 10 minutes movie. Then took the narrated tour of his home followed by Eleanor's tea at 11. Free tickets are needed for the two daily teas.... and it is not just for ladies. Very informative. Lighthouses on the island and hiking trails for those who want to make a full day of it. Back to the property... the host and hostess were available but we did not have any issues so just corresponded as we were arriving and leaving. They did message us during our stay to make sure all was ok. We highly recommend this home...but please do not rent it when we want to return!!!

Best Rest Ever

We were truly impressed with Chad and Tanya's place. It had everything you could ever need to enjoy a weekend on Deer Island. We even had a deer come into the back yard. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

Deer Island getaway

Great spot for our large family group of 4 couples. The place was very well-appointed with everything travellers would need or want, a lovely back yard with a fire pit and a nice deck. We enjoyed our brief stay and highly recommend it!

We were only there for one night. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. The place was amazing, clean, had everything we needed and more. The host checked in to make sure we arrived safe. She wished us safe travels the next day. Everything was great for a quick get away with family.

The perfect spot

We came up to Deer Island for a family get together in Lords Cove. The family house didn’t have enough room for everyone so we decided to look for a VRBO. We stumbled across this home and it definitely lived up to its description! Tanya was an amazing host who was very responsive. The house provided everything we needed and was big enough for the seven of us to enjoy a comfortable stay. We highly recommend staying at Naini’s rental when visiting Deer Island!!!

Clean and Friendly

Everything was clean and well equipped with laundry, BBQ, and a fire pit - my kids were all very excited to get there own rooms (with TVs!), and we were happy to cozy up and relax. The place was quiet, and deer island was as advertised, we saw loads of deer and everyone we met was so friendly. After driving here from Ontario, it was the perfect place to relax and vacation.
