“Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar.”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”

“In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any.”

“Very comfortable the rooms are updated and nicely decorated. All the Front desk staff members are so helpful and extremely friendly! The lobby is very charming with convenient areas for guests who are working while there. They have a consieire who gives great advice and a very helpful and friendly bellman who senses when you need assistance. The restaurant has a very good menue and serves breakfast lunch and dinners on site. There is even a dj on site! I highly recommend hotel Tonnelle!”
