Welcome to your perfect vacation destination! This beautiful condo is located in a resort with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The resort features a pool, hot tub, gym, and secure underground parking, all accessible with a keypad entry and fob.



Inside the condo, you`ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The spacious master bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, TV, ensuite washroom, closet, two side tables, a drawer for clothing, and reading lights. The second bedroom features double bunk beds, a closet, a drawer for clothing, and a side table.



The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. There is a pull out couch that will sleep two people, a 4-seater dining room table and kitchen island/bar seating offer additional space for meals and socializing.



Step outside onto the deck and enjoy the beautiful views with lounge chairs, a coffee table and a gas BBQ. The living room is equipped with a big-screen TV and unlimited WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, large bowls, silverware, pots and pans, towels and dish rags, cooking knives, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses and glasses.

Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent (if it has a washer/dryer).



For your convenience, the condo also includes an in-suite washer/dryer. Your parking spot for one vehicle is in the secure underground parking.

This includes NO SMOKING in the units, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. The private boat slip is available upon request for $100/day. A $1000 deposit will be required. Please inquire for boat slip rental as it may not be available!
