“My husband got stuck in the bathroom due to the cute Barn Door bathroom doors.that slid open and shut on a track. He slid the door shut when he went in, but when he tried to slide it open...it would not open.. “I had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they haven’t for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!”

“The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, but the room we were assigned made for a very disappointing experience. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong body odor throughout the room. The air conditioner had not been turned on before our arrival, which made the smell even more noticeable, and it took quite a while for the room to cool down. We also found hair in the shower.
Additionally, the bedding on one of the beds did not appear to have been changed, as it smelled like...
