“Licht und tiefe Schatten. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber. Allerdings war das Drumherum eigentlich so nicht machbar. Die Innenpoolanlage hat seine beste Zeit lange hinter sich. Es hat muffig gerochen. Es gibt eine grosse Wasserrutsche, was sicher für ein solches Hotel kein Standard ist, allerdings war diese kaputt und auch dem Anschein nach schon lange nicht mehr in Schwung gebracht worden. Der Aussenpool war kaputt. Da muss man sagen, dass das nach der Reservierung offen kommuniziert wurde. Das...

“Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia?
I feel that a complimentary re-invite would be fitting for all the frustration that we went through. I work in hotels and...
