“The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The neighborhood seemed safe-ish. I don’t ever like paying for parking, but I saw that they had clear monitors looking into the parking lot. I felt like my vehicle was safe. Parking was limited but the night I stayed there were plenty of open stalls. The hotel signage was easy to miss at night. “ Good points - rooms are nice, breakfast is good. You feel secure. Nice vibe, fire pit is great and there is a nice restaurant you can walk up to called the "tuson son". Bad points - if you come off the freeway it's a bit unsavoury, go with it - it gets better near the hotel and then beyond. No lift but staff will take cases up if required. Minor points, don't let that put you off. Overall - 100% would stay here again, does what it says on the tin. It's a great concept! Well done...

“I am working on the Pacific Palisades fire and rented this place from Kathy who is wonderful and very accommodating. My work schedule is from 6am - 7pm 7 days a week. But Kathy made sure the check in fit my schedule. Everything in the place was top notch and there was a supply of a few items like coffee,mouthwash and even a few cans of food. All the appliances were very new, and I couldn’t have found a better place to rest my weary head every night. THANKS KATHY!!!!!”
