“Clean rooms, great communication, very smooth process”

“Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

“Private room and private bath. Rooms have a small fridge, AC unit, and nespresso machine. Shared washer/dryer and kitchen Great place and Vince was great as well.”

“Jabba's home is nice. Prepare for street parking only. This is a triplex home and all rooms are shared. Tge description on Expedia does not say this. The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy). The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...

“I didn’t know I was booking a room with shared bathroom. I was super let down at first, but then I wound up being the only one using the shared bathroom so it worked out. I hate that forget flip flops. These rooms should come with slippers. I appreciated the shower being cleaned daily. The gym made everything better.”

“The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking.”

“Very communicative and helpful staff! Quiet, nice neighborhood. The shared kitchen was a convenient nice bonus. Will come back again.”

“Need a real coffee maker. The heater didn't work other than that bed was really comfortable bathroom clean great shower all together a decent place will consider coming back”

“Disappointed in the "amenities". IF you are not there during certain times, you do not get your "welcome drink." Secondly, if you dont drink wine, your choices are gross sparkling water or pineapple infused water. No longer can you pick something from the cooler at any time. So not what you pay for. Secondly, for the price of Amenities per day, should be 2 bottles of water per room. Had to go to QFC and buy water for 50 cents instead of $3 for theirs! Thirdly, I refuse to use hotel...

“Ottima posizione! Camera spaziosa e pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile.

“Great location, friendly staff and love the fire pit and views from the deck.”

“😀”

“Personale davvero gentile. Pulita e spaziosa. Hotel old style ma mantenuto bene.

“Very great place and friendly staff”

“Struttura in stile e personale gentile e preparato. La camera spaziosa e pulita ”
