“Better breakfast needs to be fixed”

“This hotel had the biggest pet fee than any other on our trip. I am ok with a deposit for a pet but I should not have to pay more. Our dog is cleaner, quieter, and better behaved than children that do not cost extra …the kids during this stay ran down the hallways and made lots of noise in their rooms.”

“Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"”

“I want to start by saying the location and price of Sylvan Lake quiet place was excellent. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Also, our host was great about responding and answering questions when we had them. The cons for the trip were lack of organization in the house and cleaning supplies. “My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay.
