Proprietà di angolo assolutamente bellissima nella sezione storica di Pineapple Park della città di West Palm Beach. Estremamente ben curati in ogni dettaglio. Questa struttura molto elegante dispone di servizi all'aperto con pochissimi eguali, il patio sul retro del cortile è adornato da un bellissimo pergolato in legno bianco per ripararti dal sole in quei caldi giorni in Florida. Nel nostro patio troverete la nostra nuova bella jaquzzi 5-6 persona insieme con il nostro set da pranzo all'aperto per 8 persone, l'area della piscina dispone di 2 sedie a sdraio ed è adiacente al nostro cortile molto grande. I nostri 25.000. 00 piscina privata estremamente grande che brilla alla luce del sole vi fornirà ore di divertimento e di ristoro. Rimarrai stupito da questa struttura e dal suo fascino antico! Attualmente decorata con finiture ispirate "Bermuda" contemporanee all'interno e contemporanea mobilia esterna in vimini da esterno. Il patio esterno è situato sul retro della casa sotto il pergolato ed è arredato con una moderna griglia a gas, tavolo da pranzo all'aperto (con 8 posti a sedere) e un'altalena per 2 persone. Accanto alla piscina troverete sedie a sdraio in vimini e un tavolo all'aperto per le vostre bevande e snack. La casa può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. E 'convenientemente situato vicino all'Aeroporto Internazionale di Palm Beach, al centro di West Palm Beach, City Place, Clematis e 8 minuti a Palm Beach Island Beach. Questa posizione è un perfetto punto di partenza per tutto ciò che è divertente di vivere in questa vibrante città sull'acqua. The house is pretty run down in certain areas. Bathroom ceiling was peeling off. Mold in bathroom showers. Overall it was fine but not excellent or great.

We felt that the house wasn’t prepared properly for our stay. The security alarm went off on the first morning of our stay, I was so frazzled being woken up by my family. The cleanliness was way below standard, dirty sock under my bed, a dog toy under the cabinet, an empty Ultra beer can in the pool and the shower was dirty enough that it didn’t drain so the owner had to send a plumber during our stay. I chose this place because of the jacuzzi, but it didn’t seem clean enough to enjoy; the water was green and there were sand in there. I also felt weirded out that the host asked to go into the house to get something from the closet. We expressed not being comfortable with request and the host dropped it. This place is also by the i95, the host said that the noise would be minimal but it’s pretty loud inside the house and while you’re enjoying your time in the backyard. Awful lighting situation, no lights where you need it over the dining table or living area and motion activated flood lights in the hallways that wasn’t possible to be turned off; so if you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom you’ll be blinded and woken straight up. 2 stars go out to how accessible the host was and the heated pool.

Beautiful home! Great amenities. Only issue was A/C was broke during our whole 3 night stay. By the time we realized it and contacted host, he did his best to try to fix it, but repairman was unable to until next day. Otherwise, host was great. A/C was only thing keeping this from a perfect rating. Highly recommend though.

Great house with great pool. We were able to rent a recliner for my elderly mother to sleep in. I wish the bathrooms were a bit larger as the walker would not go thru the door.

Spring Training

Our group was visiting FL to attend Cardinal Spring Training. The house was clean and its location made traveling easy to and from the stadium. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the backyard. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our host was very helpful and responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had a great time!

Hidden oasis

We are a couple in our mid 60s, who traveled with a 98 year old parent. We found the home to be very comfortable - from the beds to the furniture to the outdoor living area and pool. My father-in-law also found the hot tub to be soothing. A younger family would also enjoy the games and other entertainment available. Although located very close to the highway and airport (which made the backyard noisy at times), the home was very soundproof and once you walked in, you never heard any of the traffic or air noise. Also, the location was very convenient and located at the end of a street, offering a very private setting. Finally, the hosts have paid a lot of attention to detail and have provided all sorts of small appliances, large beach towels for your dips in the pool, automatic lights in the hallway, and large televisions. It was a wonderful getaway! Cathy

First the positive….the outside patio and pool area were very nice. Children enjoyed the very large pool very much. I believe deceptive description on VRBO website. Described as beautiful. Pictures must have been 5 to 10 years old. Dead bush in front yard. Railing on stairs into home was rotted off. One of the adults had a hard time going up the few stairs without holding onto a railing. Also misleading was that the backyard abuts I-95. Had I known yet his I would not have booked. At times had a hard time with conversations outside. Also should have been upfront with the list of rules sent the day before check-in. Inside was another story. Battled ants in kitchen, some type of bug I have never seen in bath tub (took bare of that with drain cleaner). We kept very small kitchen very clean, never keeping dirty dishes in sink or on counter, and kept all food in cupboards. Also roach in tub and kitchen sink. Did not call owner because I was so disgusted with the house. Refrig made ice but could not get it from the ice from control on door. Bath tub was filthy. Believed it was stained. Paint peeling from window in tub area. Toilet in other bathroom rocked. One of the doors leading to bedroom had the door knob missing. Living room area, the largest room in the house had no air conditioning vents and was cooled only by two ceiling fans. House needs much updating to look like as described. Only interaction with Jonathan was a phone call the day before check in.

West Palms stay was a blast!

Just a bunch of girls from the north coming to experience some of the Floridian heat and life. We had a blast. The property was clean and welcoming. Jonathan was very personable and an all around great host. He offered activities and guidance to the “spots” to go. There was a golf cart available to rent and ride around west palms. A hot top to relax in and a beautiful pool to take a dip in or just sit around under the sun on the pool side furniture. Jonathan offered a boat tour and brought us to a beautiful place in the water where we parked, dismounted, had cooked food, beverages, music…. We had the time of our lives …. Maybe a little too much fun! Jonathan went above and beyond for us as a group and he’s just so kind. The boat excursion was the highlight of our trip and everyone is still talking about it! We will be back Johnathan!

Great home, even better host

The home was beautiful, my family and I enjoyed every min. The heated pool and hot tub added an extra bit of fun for night time and day time enjoyment. House was comfortable with plenty of room, kitchen was stocked everything was clean and organized. But the best part was the little extras, air hockey, foosball, video game system, access to a golf cart, etc. The host was incredible. Jonathan was very responsive, lives locally and was able to also offer good suggestions of places to go in the area. He even offers a boat tour (that we totally took him up on). Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. I cannot recommend this home and Jonathan enough. Next time we are in West Palm we will be staying here again!

Beauty with small needs

The home was very nice and clean. Could use a few changes. There were motion lights in the halls which were very bright and went off all night when someone went to bathroom. There were lots of items in cabinets, so we had nowhere to store our grocery supplies. The sheet on the sofa sleeper was dirty and had to be washed before using.. There were no extra pillows or blanket for the sofa sleeper. In the kitchen, there wasn't any cookie sheets to make biscuits. Jonathon was very helpful when we had to call him.

Great place for a Florida vacation.

Our family loved this place. A very nice and comfortable home with a fabulous pool and patio area. It’s a tropical enclave with nothing but privacy. Our 10 year old grandson also had so much fun with the arcade game…beating his Papa time after time. I also feel compelled to address the negative comments by one reviewer which had us somewhat concerned until we visited this home. We were never concerned for our safety. This is an older neighborhood but not a crime concern in any way. The property borders the interstate, but the sound wall muffles the traffic noise such that in the home you couldn’t hear it at all and by the pool, it really wasn’t noticeable. Pay no attention to that naysayer. This place is great.
