The prefect location and comfortable stay

our family enjoyed our extended weekend stay at this property. The hosts were so heart warming and reassuring that if anything was needed they were accessible. Thankfully we did. lt need anything rather than their lovely rental. There was enough room and practical amenities for exactly what we needed for this stay. The location was close to everything . Great stay

Completely misrepresented by VRBO

Moldy, dirty in need of repair, granite kitchen countertops broken, glass table broken, blinds broken, toilet broken constantly flushing, AC so noisy needs repair, dehumidifier full of water not shown in listing that this is needed to try and cover the mold smell. Furniture filthy blankets over stains to cover the filth. Light switches falling off wall very dangerous. Outside areas moldy unusable. Showers moldy needed total re grout. Contacted VRBO at 11AM they said it needed just a “clean” this was not the case completely different to the photographs totally misrepresented. Booked 3 nights stayed 1 owner said we could leave but refused to refund. Beware do not stay here

Great stay

We were here for the national gym meet. Close to the convention center, just a short walk away. Houman, the owner, was very responsive and always helpful. Plenty of room for a family of 3 or larger. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and owner

Stayed for 5 days for recent boat show. Was a pleasant walk through Rosemary Square and close to Clematis. It's less than 5 minutes to convention center. Has washer/dryer, full linens, parking. Would stay again

Spring Break Baseball in West Palm

An absolute joy of a stay for me and my 20 year old boys for Spring Break Baseball. Houman Made it so easy and the House is modern, clean and comfortable With so much - so close - Totally recommend.

A wonderful spacious and modern spot for fabulous location

The fact that there was so much room, and yet it was just my self, I feel like I did not take advantage of all of the room and opportunities. It I would’ve had if I had not been there a business. I’d definitely intend to go back.! The rate is far better than a place like the Breakers and yet you’re still less than 10 minutes away from all the hotspot on Palm Beach Island without incurring the cost. Hooman is accessible and there any time you have a request or a question. You are literally an Uber away if you chose to Uber to everything in the vicinity, in my case, I had my car with me and there’s plenty of parking overall a five star hidden gem that you could ever wish for

Work Trip

Host was easy to communicate with. The unit I rented had a leak & was unavailable when so arrived to check in. The host accommodated me in another unit on site, smaller & not as nice as the one I had rented, but he refunded part of the nightly rate & made had my unit ready the next afternoon when I came back from work.

Great historic neighborhood

Nice apartment in beautiful historic area of West Palm Beach. Attending a conference at the downtown conference center. Conference center is very accessible to walking and gets you outdoors a bit! Houman lives close and made sue everything was to standard. The listing is very accurate. Very nice new couch, Houman- great update. We would stay again if in this area.

Just okay

Check-in was very easy. Houman met us and asked if we needed anything. The pictures make it look like it has been recently renovated. But it is a bit older, not new. The downstairs couch is worn out. The upholstery is peeling off and was covered by a blanket to hide it. The upstairs couch needs to be clean, has stains, etc. Parking was a bit difficult too. 1 bed, full size, was very comfortable. The other bed was a futon and a bit uncomfortable. We found tiny ants in the living, on the couch and in the kitchen. This is probably the norm in south Florida. My wife spent the 1st 30 minutes cleaning counters and the bathroom shower stall.

Perfect!!!

What a wonderful stay! My hubby said it was close to the convention center but I couldn’t believe how close! It was exactly what we needed during our 5 night stay for an event at PBCC with a private entrance that popped out at the side entrance. Perfect walking distance to the amazing restaurants and shops and even a short run across the pier and through the historic district for a little exercise. The host was so kind and accommodating. The beds were comfy, decor very pleasing and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have planned it any better. Thank you!

The only negative was I asked the owner a question about parking and did not get a response. I've only rented on VRBO a few times though so maybe s/he did respond and I just don't know how to find it. Thx

Great place.. Great Location!!

What a wonderful place.. Clean, Roomy and Comfortable!!! We attended a conference at PBeach Convention Center and couldn’t believe how close we were!!! Less than 5 min walk!!! The location was also very close to MANY dining choices…Houman, the owner , was very communicative before and during the stay.. nice guy!!! Thanks again for Everything!!! Sharon

Rent this place for unparalleled access to the convention center. Just a 5 min walk to the expo floor. Save on food and Uber costs. Clean and adequately furnished.
