The Space:

The home features A/C, a fully furnished modern kitchen, washer and dryer and a large spacious backyard. The master suite has a king bed while the guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. The cabana has a queen bed. Each bedroom offers a flat-screen TV. This house can sleep up to 7 people.

Casa Sunshine is located on a luscious, quiet street in Flamingo Park, 10 minutes walking distance to the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District with restaurants, shops, bars, street cafes, boutiques, museums, theaters and more. The Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are also within 5 minutes walking distance.

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

A 7-minute drive to the beaches on Palm Beach Island. Walking distance to the hip shops and restaurants of the South Dixie Hwy corridor and Antique Row.
