Questo splendido 2 piani, 7767 sf, 5BR / 5BTH, con darsena privata, piscina e vasca idromassaggio e un home theatre è una casa di vacanza ideale per il tuo gruppo. Puoi trascorrere il tuo tempo di qualità all'interno, o rilassarti in riva al lago, oppure goderti il jet-ski, il kayak, la canoa, il canottaggio, la pesca, ecc. Direttamente dal cortile sul retro. Waterfront da un bellissimo lago a Palm Beach, questa casa è una perfetta combinazione di relax, divertimento e avventura. Splendidamente costruito nel 2012 con un ampio piano aperto, questa bella casa ha un soffitto alto 28 piedi nella zona principale, e una vasta gamma di servizi per godersi la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Spiagge, aeroporto PBI, campi da golf, ristoranti, negozi del centro, Palm Beach Outlets, City Place sono a pochi chilometri di distanza. È vicino alla I-95, quindi anche il pendolarismo è molto conveniente. La nostra barca è disponibile per il noleggio direttamente dal nostro molo per barche sul retro.

• Camere da letto: 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni.
- Ci sono 3 master suite fronte mare. I 2 al piano superiore dispongono di ampi balconi che guardano verso il basso con una magnifica vista sul lago. Ci sono in totale 2 letti king size e 5 letti queen size. A seconda della disponibilità, lettino e seggiolone per bambini possono essere forniti su richiesta anticipata
- Ogni camera ha 4K Smart HDTV, alcune con lettore Blu-Ray DVD. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti vengono forniti all'inizio del soggiorno, nonché articoli da toeletta: shampoo, balsamo, sapone, carta igienica, ecc.
-Su richiesta avanzata (se disponibile), ci sono alcuni letti a scomparsa singoli, culla e seggiolone
- Scrivania e sedia per viaggiatori d'affari.

The home was just as pictured and described. Plenty of room for everyone of our 14 family members. 12 year old loved the theater, 7 year old loved to fish. All the kids and a few adults loved kayaking. We didn't need to leave the home to entertain ourselves. We played card games at the large tables. We soaked up the sun on the patio watching the kids swim in the pool. After the kids were in bed, the adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great way for us to visit with our 94 yr old Mom.

Beautiful 7000 square-foot house… No one can visit!

We informed the owners that we would be having our daughter’s wedding in West Palm and needed a venue close by. We assumed that they would realize that we might have people coming and going for different bridal activities. We should’ve been told before we contracted with them that no one else will be allowed to come to the house at ALL throughout our stay. This was our daughter‘s wedding, we had a lot of out-of-state people coming to the wedding. We were not allowed to have anyone come over and say hi, drop off a card, or stay and visit. They immediately contacted us and I had to ask my family to leave the house. They were able to go to my sister’s smaller Verbo rental and were welcome there. We had to pay a lot of extra money to have the bridal party come to the house on the day of the wedding so they could be with my daughter and go with us to the venue. We were very respectful of the house and did not bother the neighbors at all. I do not recommend this rental for anyone who has any guests that visit.

Look No Further!!

My family and I traveled to West Palm Beach last weekend to scatter my dad's ashes in the Gulf Stream. As a group of 13, ranging in age from 17 to 84, I was looking for a property that would allow for large gatherings, while also providing comfortable accommodations for each individual.When I saw the listing I thought it looked perfect, but remained skeptical right up to the point that we walked through the door. All I can say is that entering this house in real life far exceeded even my wildest expectations!A few highlights: every bedroom was perfectly clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and linens... shared indoor spaces were huge, allowing for large group gatherings and dinners (we were even able to set a full formal dining table for all of us!)... the kitchen and pantry were well stocked with anything we needed to cook and serve large dinners, including many kitchen staples... the outdoor spaces were unbelievable, between the pool and the hot tub, a nice table under a new gazebo, chaise lounges, and a great dock with kayaks and fishing poles, there was something for everyone! We opted to pay extra to heat the pool, and would have rented the boat if it was available!Our trip revolved around a charter boat excursion that was about 15 minutes south of the house, so the location was perfect for us, about midway between the airport/downtown area and our charter in Hypoluxo. Beyond that, despite plenty of other options, nobody ever really wanted to leave the house!

Beautiful family vacation

The communication with Alex was the best I’ve ever had at a rental. He was kind and understanding and also quick to respond. We had lights go out in one of the bedrooms and he had someone come and fix it within a few hours.The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of kitchen needs already there.The only two notes I have is check-in isn’t until 5 PM which is incredibly late in my opinion, especially when you consider that you’re paying for the day. Also, the pool was great, but it would’ve been nice to have someone come mid week to clean it as there were often lots of debris and dead animals in it when we would wake up. Not the owner‘s fault just a note.All-in-all, We would highly recommend this house

Extended Family Get-together for my Mom's 90th Birthday

We gathered 3 generations to come together to celebrate my Mom's 90th Birthday. There were 13 of us and this made so much more sense than everyone getting their own hotel. The house was as shown in pics and very clean. We stayed 4 nights, and one day we did a group outing for pinball, and another for Painting with a twist. At the house we loved the heated pool and especially the hot-tub and used it every day or evening. Views were great and it was wonderful being on the water. The young men used the kayaks and fished off the dock or kayaks. We grilled hotdogs and burgers on the grill one night and ate outside many times. There was sufficient outdoor seating and shade. Unfortunately we were informed that the pontoon boat couldn't get to the house due to construction on one of the bridges - would have loved to have that available. The movie room surprisingly was only used sparingly, but I thought it was awesome and wish I had had more time to check out some additional movies. The hosts were highly responsive and quick to respond on the portal. Potential gusts should be aware that one of the upper level bedrooms does not have its own bathroom - our guests were able to work around this without too much problem - but sharing is required. Overall a fantastic house and a wonderful experience for the family. Happy 90th birthday Mom!!

We really enjoyed our stay, we had ample room for all of our guests. The home was fully furnished with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The patio area is awesome and we wish the sun had shined more as it is the perfect place to hang out! While the majority of our events were in Palm Beach the location was not too far out of the way for the amount of space it offers.

This amazing house and host never disappoint! We have just booked for a 6th stay. Each year my large family looks forward to quality time together at this wonderful house. There are incredibly comfortable beds for everyone, spacious, luxurious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and amazing pool and hot tub. The location is close to everything in WPB. Do not hesitate to book - Alex is an amazing host and is beyond accommodating! Thank you for another fantastic stay.

The perfect house for your family vacation

We just completed our multi-generational family vacation in this beautiful Florida home.iIt truly was the perfect place for our family to spendquality time together as we all live in different states. Check in was a breeze. The house was available on time and was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. (Kudos to your cleaning company). The house was better equipped than any other we have ever rented. Having coffee items already there as well as shampoos/body soap/detergent/dish soap was a nice addition. The attention to detail such as the chocolates and wine for our arrival were special touches. The layout of the house is perfect for family gatherings with its open kitchen and living areas with each having access to a bathroom giving everyone their own space. Our entire family noted how comfortable each of their beds were. The pool area is beautiful and allows for both sun and shade throughout the day. Our family enjoyed the kayaks and fishing poles that were used right off of the dock. The house has ample towels and nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs to take to the beach. The cinema room was a family hit as well to watch the tournament games and Disney movies with our grandchild. Our only glitch was a power surge problem that affected our toaster, oven and some lights in a couple rooms as well as the pool heater. However the owners response was correcting the issues they could within the hour. The new pool heater and oven were brought within 2 days, no big deal as their grill is nice too.

Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay in our luxury waterfront home! Every amenity was available, and our host was communicative and accommodating. The children were able to watch movies in the theatre, swim in the pool, and play games at the dining room table. We never felt cramped for space and there was a large area where we could all gather. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you, Alex and Victoria. You were the perfects hosts!

Wonderful vacation

The house exceeded our expectations. Our family of 10, 3 generations, enjoyed all of the amenities in the relaxed setting. The pool and deck were beautifully situated on the lake and made for hours of swimming, fishing and relaxing. We also enjoyed beachtime at nearby Lake Worth! Alex was wonderful and responsive!

Family Gathering

We were 7 adults and 3 children ages 5,3 and 2 months. We enjoyed the property. It was clean, well equipped and supplied. The layout worked very well for us with a big open living, dining and kitchen area where we could all gather. The pool and hot tub were also great. Everyone was happy with the stay at the property.
