The house features 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen bed in other bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a modern kitchen, laundry facilities, an expansive outside dining/living area with ceiling fans and a newly constructed, heated pool.There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom.

     There is also a large fully detached, fully furnished, and equipped 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cabana that has been meticulously restored and updated with a kitchen/living/dining room and an upscale bathroom (with separate laundry room). Pool heat is optional. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request.
