Un mix vibrante di oggetti d'antiquariato, arte e design a pochi isolati dal litorale inter-costiero, a pochi minuti dal PBI, a 2 miglia dalle spiagge locali ea 20 minuti dalla comunità equestre di Wellington, questo attraente 3 camere da letto / 2. 5 casa di bagno si trova su un grande terreno con siepe di privacy per godersi la piscina di acqua salata riscaldata e patio coperto. Il tavolino da giardino all'aperto funge anche da focolare ardente nelle notti fredde, e c'è un grill a gas disponibile per i barbecue del giorno di sole. La prenotazione è accompagnata da nuove composizioni floreali per la casa e il patio esterno e una profumata gardenia accanto al letto (se il giardino lo consente). Il bar è fornito di ingredienti per il cocktail della casa (istruzioni nel Manuale della casa) e il frigorifero e la cucina sono forniti di ogni essenziale immaginabile. Curated home comfort

This house was better in person, if you can imagine. Not only was the home a thing of artful beauty, it was comfortable and homey. Mimi was very accommodating and easily accessible. The neighborhood was nice and close to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this house to anybody. It’s lovely.

Relaxing, Cozy and Charming

The property feels like home and was so comfortable. Everything you could need is there and it is very close to beaches and good food options. The pool was great to relax in, the yard is very private and feels like your own tropical garden. It couldn’t have been more hassle free from check in to check out!

Charming inside and out

If you are looking for a charming place with a welcoming feel, this comfortably and creatively furnished home is for you. The large salt water pool is deliciously warm and the nicely landscaped backyard with colorful hedges of bougainvillea and orchids provide privacy and a cheerful ambience. The kitchen and bar are well stocked with items to minimize extra purchases while traveling. Mimi is a responsive host and the neighborhood is quiet, low key and walkable to the Winn Dixie. I decided not to rent a car and was happy staying put. It was easy getting a car into town for a night out, boat show, museum or the beach. West Palm Beach airport is 15 minutes away.

Amazing holiday hideaway

Absolutely loved Mimi’s stunning hideaway for the Christmas to New Years holiday. Stayed with three friends and had ample room between the two bedrooms in-house and the pool house. Gorgeous pool and landscape, as we spent most time in the backyard, even though weather was cool. Easy Uber rides when we wanted to explore, with well stocked cabinets when we wanted to stay in. A fabulous new years holiday, would definitely return! Mimi was very responsive and I appreciated her welcome book full of tips, also highlighting her art work. Well done and felt like a special week away.

Peaceful Respite in Palm Beach

This place is everything it says it is, and more. We immediately felt at home the moment we arrived and that feeling never changed throughout our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, the yard has multiple quaint spaces for hangouts, and we loved the pool. We also loved the wonderful artwork - the owner has a creative flair and a knack for interior decorating. We always felt safe at night and could easily access anything we needed. Short drives to quiet beaches and opportunties for exploring the area and day trips kept us occupied, but we liked having our calm refuge to return to after excursions. Mimi could not have been more helpful and is an excellent communicator. Lots of extra details and info made us feel welcomed at all times. We would not hesitate to book again!

Paradise

From the moment that I arrived, I knew it was a very special place. Not only was the location incredible with an abundance of restaurants, galleries, shopping and beaches nearby but the property itself was like an oasis. Quiet, calming and serene with only the sound of palms in the breeze, beautiful birds, and the refreshing saltwater pool. The decor and artwork were fascinating as the owner is a world traveler with many unique finds on her travels. The beds were heavenly, and the kitchen had everything for any type of meal or occasion including outdoor and indoor seating for 6+ guests. To top it.off, there's a beautiful private cottage with outdoor porch and massive shower. Of all the properties that I've ever stayed on my travels, this private higeaway is #1 on my list!! Thanks to the Premier Host for a homerun!!

Heaven in South Florida!

The overall vibe for this property can not be contained in photos alone. We were so lucky to find this gem in Palm Beach. This old house has a bunch of new updates and decor features, and is comfortable for many sized groups. We stayed with 3 people and felt like another couple would be a comfortable 5 in the house. The hostess with the mostest, Mimi, provided details instructions, personal touches, and was on-call throughout our trip. We loved meeting her and learning more about her property, which is simply stunning. Easy to travel location and close to a lot of secret local spots - ask Mimi for a suggestion or two if her notes don't provide that to you. You can explore the area and never get tired of the fun. The entire space was relaxing and came with many amenities. Extra room out back, an outdoor shower, refreshing pool, lounge chairs, excellent landscaping - a beautiful oasis out back and inside the house. Thank you for a lovely week away from the snow!

Romantic recharge retreat!!!

We were suffering from COVID isolation/burnout, but wanted a safe, romantic, stylish sanctuary-type get away, and our expectations were blown away in the best way! The property is more stylish than a magazine spread, and the attention to detail was extraordinary, from the fresh from the garden homemade lemongrass iced tea in the fridge, to the binder filled with tips in local restaurants, shops, and sights. The weekend of our stay was a little chilly, but the pool was the perfect temp and the sexy outdoor shower was a wonderful, exotic touch! We loved our little jaunts out for the Norton Museum and romantic dinners, but the luxurious retreat with great linens and towels was a home away from home romantic stay for our anniversary! Many thanks to the welcoming, owner/hostess, Mimi, who gave a VIP concierge-like vibe to the wonderful property. Terrific hospitality at its best — can’t wait to return next year (or hopefully sooner)!

The host had great communication and was very attentive. The house was very clean, private, great location, close to restaurants and the beach, and overall exceeded our expectations. I would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with pool, family, friends and pets.
