. Pet Policy
We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2) with prior written approval and a $250 pet fee. Pets brought without approval may result in removal without refund and fines up to $1,500.

Service animals are always welcome and exempt from the pet policy. These are animals trained to perform specific tasks for their owners (e.g., guiding the blind, alerting the deaf, assisting with seizures or mobility). They remain with their owner at all times and are never left alone or disruptive.

Please note: Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under ADA and fall under our regular pet policy.

In Florida, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor and may result in legal consequences, including fines or jail time.
