The Space:

The property interiors have been meticulously restored and furnished with very high end furnishings. The home features an impressive living/dining area which open towards a terrace where covered, outdoor dining is also possible with views to the pool.

Each of the 4 bedroom feature ensuite bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, 2 more bedrooms also have king beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. The modern eat-in kitchen opens to both the formal dining room as well as the outside terrace. The pool deck is private, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and features an outside seating area as well as lounges for sunbathing.

Pet Policy:
This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $100 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
