“Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

“This is a large vintage brick building renovated into a modern boutique hotel. Everything seemed-well maintained, clean and quiet. Our room was outstanding. Very spacious, light-filled with city views from generous-sized windows, sweet sitting areas, and a king platform bed, comfy and welcoming. Water, pour-over coffee and tea were provided. Bathroom was nicely appointed (love the Malin n Goetz products.). Off-site parking is nearby and for us on a Sunday was free. There is no front desk, check...

“Thanks to other reviews we made sure to book a room with two beds for more space. The room was super cute and well taken care of. Staff was very friendly. Annoying that parking wasn't included in the price as due to the location of the parking lot, it seems like it should be included-- valet was kinda pointless. Although the valet staff were very friendly and professional.”

“The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”

“We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space).
