“When I pulled up the valet worker didn’t know where there was grass for my dog to go potty. After looking on my own, I discovered they have zero grass. I had to walk up a hill behind the hotel to find a small patch of grass every time my dog needed to go.
They put me in a room that wouldn’t cool off. The engineer never showed up to fix it so I had to pack up and move rooms. The front desk employee told me he was upgrading my room for the inconvenience. The only upgrade was a patio. That would...

“While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property.

“The room was clean. The complimentary coffee and tea bar that's open 24/7 was TOP NOTCH. The shuttle service was TOP NOTCH (We were glad for this service). Also we parked our car at the hotel for a fee, and felt that the area was a safe place for our vehicle to be parked. Our room was on the ground level and was near to an exit door; and this was really noisy. We might have been okay if our room had been up a floor and not near an exit door.”

“Check in was quick and had a nice conversation with front desk very friendly staff. Our room was clean, air conditioning and heat worked really well. Beds were comfortable and we slept well.
