“As I entered the lobby, it had a really weird smell. When I got to the room, it had a stench that we couldn’t stop smelling the entire stay.”

“The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk. “We only stay for like three hours because the lock on the door was not working and maintenance guy couldn’t fix it until the next day, so we asked for our refund, she said will be no problem, hopefully we’ll get our money back. I cannot stay in a place that I don’t feel secure”

“You can hear every bang and movement of the adjoining rooms. The people next to us slammed and banged until 11pm. We had driven 16 hours that day and barely slept. Usually we like to stay in this set of hotels, but not this location.”

“I was unaware that there was no microwave or any other way to heat or cook food in room. No freezer either. TV kept beffering nonstop on the movie channels. Key kept not working and had to scan 3 times. Overall staff was ok.”
