“this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor.
No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe

“2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...

“The worst hotel u can ever find.
1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM.
2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated.
3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking.
4) Money gone as there was no way of refund.
5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay

“Tout a été parfait, merci ! Accueil impeccable (personnel souriant et soucieux de rendre service, on vous porte les valises), on m'a même acheté mon ticket de métro pour partir, très tôt le matin, parce que j'avais peur de ne pas pouvoir le faire à la station et l'application ne prend pas les cartes internationales !
C'est très propre, neuf, et très bien placé : un peu en retrait donc au calme, mais à 15mn à pied du métro, près de l'aéroport, près d'un très joli temple (Vadapalani, 20mn à pied)....

“L'hotel è nuovissimo, molto bello. C'è un eccesso negli spazi che sono inutilizzati nonostante l'hotel fosse pieno. Ci sono diversi ristoranti da un buffet al tipico indiano a quello vegetariano e italiano, insomma una vasta scelta. Io consiglio il buffet ma sono certa che tutti valgano una serata in compagnia.
