Privato 1000 piedi quadrati Pensione situata su una proprietà parzialmente boscosa di 7 acri nel Catskills. Due camere da letto, un bagno, open space e cucina con soffitti a volta e porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono su un ponte che si affaccia sulla foresta. Pozzo del fuoco all'esterno e stufa a legna all'interno per ulteriore calore.
Cucina completamente attrezzata con pentole e padelle, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde, fornelli a gas, frigorifero full size e lavandino grande fattoria. Smart TV e WIFI ad alta velocità. Record Player e Small Stereo che possono anche essere collegati al dispositivo tramite Bluetooth.

Situato nel West Shokan vicino alle città di Fenicia, Mount Tremper, Olive, Stone Ridge e Accord. 25 minuti per Woodstock e Kingston. 45 minuti da Hunter e Belleyeare Ski Mountains. A pochi minuti da una varietà di incredibili sentieri escursionistici e dal nuovissimo Ashokan Rail Trail.

Catskills with family

Property owner was very responsive and easily accessible. Our power was out when we got there and we were provided updates as to when everything would be restored in a timely manner. House was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay around West Shokan.

Relaxing Cabin Getaway

Wow! I have to start off by saying that we couldn’t be happier with our stay! The property is so spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully rustic for my family (and doggy!). We utilized every part of this cabin; the kitchen is fully stocked, the fireplace and fire pit was very nearly set up for us, the shower water pressure was HEAVENLY, the rooms were incredibly cozy, everything was just perfect. Additionally, there was plenty to do in the area within less than an hour radius. We visited several wineries/breweries, went skiing/snow tubing in Hunter mountain, visited charming shops and restaurants in Kingston and Beacon (both with Hudson River views). All in all we really couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you again and we hope to return in the future!

Lovely girls’ weekend

Cozy space to spend a girls’ weekend w my two college friends! Comfy and well decorated living and dining spaces, nice deck and firepit area in a well maintained yard, plenty of pots, utensils, plates, etc. for making dinners and staying in. Also close to Woodstock and Kingston--we enjoyed exploring both towns. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay

mornings on the deck under the umbrella was a great way to start the day. powerful shower to help get me ready for hiking at the Ashkoban Reservoir and around the Brown Fountain. Not too far a drive to downtown Woodstock. Hickory BBQ has delicious food. Bring your streaming passwords for the smart TV. ceiling fan and air conditioners kept us comfortable.

A great retreat

What a lovely place to stay and relax. So beautiful, looking out on the trees surrounding the property, seeing the wildlife, and enjoying the calm. A very well equipped place to stay. Wonderful!

Great getaway cabin!

One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at! So very quiet and great views. Loved listening to all the birds sing outside. Check in/out was easy and the host left a book of things to do and attractions. Lots of little pluses like soap, condiments, multiple coffee makers, and puzzles! Deck looked brand new and cabin in great location near some nice walks/hikes. Great communication with the host! A very cozy retreat to relax and recharge! Plus our two dogs got to join us as well, they got to relax too!

We love this place!

This was something like our fourth stay in the cabin, and we continue to absolutely love it. Clean, comfy, cozy, aesthetically pleasing (Catskills + art), great kitchen equipment, really thoughtful and available property manager and hosts. Our little dog comes with me and my five-year-old daughter, and we're grateful she can -- and that the place doesn't scream "dog-friendly." If you don't have dogs, you won't realize that anyone else ever did. Beds and bedding clean, fragrance-free (per our request, but maybe always), cozy (feather beds!), and super comfortable. We sometimes have friends stay with us in the second bedroom, and they love it too. The fire pit and wood burning stove are both excellent, and wood is readily available. What else? Can't think of anything. We are huge fans!

Perfect stay for us!

We so enjoyed the quiet, off the beaten path of this location. Just what was ordered for rest and relaxation! Felt like I was back in my hometown driving in the country. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and many extras make this cabin a great find! You won’t regret choosing this property.

Serene Retreat

My husband and I and our elderly English Setter sought a quiet respite from 4th of July fireworks in suburban NY and this cottage had all we were hoping for. It was truly quiet! The place was spotless and so relaxing. With an eclectic mix of antique and modern furniture and art, it appeals to our style and felt special. Double sliders and large windows bring in so much light that you can enjoy the outdoors even when it's raining, which it did for much of our stay. We did get in some good hikes, and the reservoir is a walk away down the road. Plus, the bed was very comfortable and air conditioning helped to dry out the damp. We would definitely enjoy coming again.

Woodstock area Cabin

This house and property is gorgeous, quiet, and relaxing. We all loved our stay here. We did wish it was a bit closer to Woodstock as we had plans in town, but we would definitely stay here again. It was a lovely weekend!

Amazing cabin in the forest

What an amazing stay. We wanted a cabin retreat in the woods for our trip to the Catskills and this is exactly what we got. Incredible location, peaceful, quiet, green, pure escapism! A beautiful location and if you are thinking to book it - just do it - you won't regret it!

Great A-frame cabin

Had a wonderful weekend getaway here with partner and kid. This place was beautiful, well-appointed, and nicely located in a lovely quiet corner of the Catskills. The check-in and communication were all seamless. Would love to stay here again.

The place is nice and comfortable. We did have issues. We advised the property MGR to correct them before the next guest. The refrigerator needs a thorough cleaning and had a bad vinegar smell. The garbage cans inside too. Smelled VERY offensive. Hope that was dealt with. That should NOT happen. We pay for cleaning?

Peaceful and very quiet

We loved it! Perfect Catskills get-away.

The "cottage" was perfect for our two-week Catskills vacation. Me and my 3-year-old took one bedroom and my sister stayed with us a few nights in the other -- both bedrooms (on opposite ends of main living area) had *excellent* beds, great lighting, their own A/Cs and well-screened windows, and were super comfy. The kitchen was outfitted with top-notch equipment, as good or better than what I use at home, and I love to cook. All excellent appliances, too. The main living area has its own very effective A/C (for when you need it) and tons of light. Our little dog was very happy. The property manager, Kim, was very responsive and helpful. The house book with ideas for shopping and local to-dos (along with essential house info) was also terrific. The aesthetic -- natural, woody, low-key artsy/antique-y -- suited us and we loved the wall art, too! We grilled; we made a fire in the fire pit; we swam; we walked the Ashokan Rail Trail. We will definitely stay again!
