“The lobby area and casino had a strong smell of cigarettes, but I was relieved that the hallway
to our room and the room itself smelled just fine. The room was attractive, the bathroom had new fixtures and was very clean, and the water pressure was great. With a storm on the way we were glad we could park in the parking structure and walk inside to our room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. ”

“La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo !
Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”

“The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor.
