“Tony at the front desk made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Something we looked forward to doing at the hotel was going in the hot tub, but was unavailable to use during our stay. So he gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience and to improve our experience there. Our King suite was amazing and spacious that was comfortable for our little one to run around in and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for our dinner leftovers and daughters yogurts and snacks. “Multiple vehicle break ins overnight. Hotel has no security cameras as they state that the parking lot is a shared lot with Applebee's. They also have no security guards on duty to help prevent break ins. They state that the hotel does not officially offer parking. That it is public parking only. Hotel and manager on duty made no attempt to offer accommodations. Only gave a general email address. To file a complaint.”

“Staff was helpful but not too cheerful. Room was clean but toilet would leak every time it was flushed. Nothing to complain about, just being transparent for the next customer to know. I would bring my own body wash and shampoo. Plenty of parking and good location.”
