Room was left dirty after construction workers left. Construction workers came in with no notice while we were gone. “Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. ”

“Check the sheets. Checked in late and literally showered and crawled into bed. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. I don't know if the sheet were stained or if they hadn't been washed since prior guest? Either way, it was really gross. Staff seemed very apologetic and attentive but since we booked through Expedia any compensation has to go through...
