“Was ok”

“There was one young guy at the front desk who has an attitude. Not friendly. Phone was not working in the room. I have been trying to call for extra blankets. I had to go frontdesk and ask them but i was told it will be delivered soon. I had to call three times with my own phone to follow up. Blankets did not get delivered until my 3rd call which is almost 2 hrs after. ”

“Staff was friendly, but I needed to try 3 different rooms before one that was acceptable. The smoke detector kept going off in the 1st room, the heat was stuck "on" in the 2nd room. 3rd room was ok, but despite being "non-smoking" it still had that smell and I woke with a scratchy throat.”
