“This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me.”

“Breakfast stops at 9:30, so if you are a lead sleeper, forget breakfast. Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the faucet was loose and would turn when you turned the on off handle, and the toilet seat was loose and would slide from side to side when you sat down. Beds were nice and the price was good.”

“My room had a strong smell of marijuana. We could have changed rooms but that would have meant we were on a different floor from my parents who were 2 doors down. Our rooms were dated and could do with a repaint. The coffee machine in my parents room didnt work. Other than that we had a good stay.”

“I cannot say enough about the quality of this hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, which was wonderful for our adult daughter. The rooms were spotless, staff was very helpful. Hubby was in the hospital for surgery, the Residence Inn is virtually across the street and honors a discount for family of patients. We have stayed here before and will return if the occasion presents itself.”

“We had stayed here before, and it had changed. We had trouble communicating with the staff, although they were friendly and smiled a lot. The staff was not at the desk at times. There was no ice. There was no outdoor furniture. Yet, all things considered, we got our money's worth, and the location is great by the river.”

“Our room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was fair. The woman working at the buffet was delightful and very hardworking! The staff is great but the property looked much better in the snow back in March.”

“The property was older, but in general clean. Though the bathroom sink still had hair from someone shaving around the faucet handle and trash under the sink which made me think it had not been vacuumed. The person at front desk was not particularly friendly when I arrived at night. For the price, I would have expected more.”
