“This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ...

“Cape Cod Loft was extremely clean, very quiet, and comfortable beds. The furnishings are nicely done and the property and neighborhood are excellent. The “kitchenette” is very basic, it’s more like what a hotel provides than a kitchenette. The host provided an extra very nice air mattress for the night our granddaughters stayed with us. We were concerned about the traffic staying on the Sagamore side of the bridge but because it’s located very close to the bridge we had no trouble crossing...

“The location of the property was wonderful and the accommodations were fine for the one night that we were there. I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again. It was great to have a late night restaurant available upon our arrival. ”

“Visited Cape Cod to watch the 2025 Cape Cod All-Star and several Orleans Firebirds games. Location was six minutes from Eldredge Park and within a mile of the heart of the town. Private and clean. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed and Karen was phenomenal as a property manager. We could come and go as we pleased, and Nauset Beach was a six minute drive away as well. “Beautiful two bedroom apartment with all the amenities. Located within walking distance of downtown Chatham, and the local park, which just so happened to be hosting an art festival while we were there. The park also includes the Chatham windmill, which was having live demonstrations of the mill producing cornmeal while we were there.”
