Located only a quarter mile from Englewood Beach and just a short drive from Seagull Beach, your enjoyment of the Massachusetts weather will come easily. Fun in the sun will continue in the large yard of your stay. Here, you'll find a firepit, an outdoor shower, and outdoor games like Kan Jam, whiffle ball, pickle ball, and frisbee. Hunger is sure to arise after an abundance of activity ensues, so fire up the gas grill and host a barbecue!

Inside, the home's new HVAC system will keep you cool and comfortable, even during the summer months. Peaceful and bright, the spacious living room boasts comfortable seating and a large TV. The well-equipped is prepared for cooking with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
