    The Space:

    Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to Higgins Haven. Perfectly situated in between some local attractions, you're sure to have a memorable time on your vacation. You'll have plenty of walking trails right off of Higgins Crowell Road for your convenience and you'll be within driving distance of the Yarmouth Recreation Center as well. Treat your family to a fun day out at Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf for some quality time with your kids at miniature golf. This beautiful vacation rental boasts plenty of amenities, sure to make you feel right at home for some much-needed rest and relaxation. From the moment you walk in through the front door, you'll be taken into the open arms of the interior decor. Kick it up in the living area, complete with comfortable couches and a large smart TV. Head into the full kitchen and whip up something delectable for everyone, then sit out on the deck area and soak in the sun as you breathe in the fresh air and feel its breeze caress your skin. As the evening comes to a close, step back inside and toss out the board games at the dining room table with a couple of cold drinks and end the night on a good note. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services will require a guest account to access. Fireplace is not for use. Outdoor firepit is not for use.

Beautiful property

We loved the house, great location, surprising how much thought was put into what their guests would like and need most especially the large basket of dog food, treats, bowls, toys …we would definitely stay here again !

Easy check in, clean, lovely coffee bar, location was great. Had a broken handle for door and they came to fix it on July 4, so we were thrilled… only thing could be better is install outdoor shower for those after beach showers, but other than that perfect!

Great place!

This house is very cute and provides a lot of amenities and appliances. There is a lot of outdoor seating and is close to Yarmouth attractions. Though it is on a busy street, the neighborhoods in the area are good for dog walking and when the sidewalk construction is complete, walking to the trails will be a breeze.

Perfect place to stay

This house had everything we were looking for and more. Very comfortable. Dog friendly. Clean and new inside. Nicely decorated. Great yard and privacy. Close to everything we needed.

Great location and has everything you need

I can't rave about this place enough. The location of the house was perfect. We were able to drive to any destination with ease. The house has everything you could possibly need if you forget something. The bed was comfortable. The shower was huge. I would stay here again. Thank you for being a great host.

Great home with modern decor

The house has been recently renovated and everything looks new or refurbished. Great living room space with comfortable seating. Huge kitchen with modern appliances and natural light. Beautiful bathroom with large luxury shower. Loved the location close to everything, but also away from traffic and congestion.

Very Nice Property - POOR service by Vacasa

Property was wonderful. Well decorated, very large flat screen TV's, very nice kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable. Unfortunately, we booked/rented this property via Vacasa. Their customer service was horrible. They did NOT honor the agreement, delayed our check-in time, did not return calls as promised, did not respond to broken door/lock on rear entry.

No complaints!

Very pleased with Vacasa! The property was well decorated & appointed. Treats for us and tons of dog food, treats & toys for our pup. It was very comfortable and everything was high quality. Had questions that were answered in a timely manner by a person- also, they were quick to reply by text or email. Property was first class! Had a little difficulty unlocking the door but was given quick help to get in. The yard was beautiful but looks like more landscaping is in progress. Has a Nice little water feature, deck and is private. The street in front of house is somewhat busy- a fenced back yard would be nice for safety for a dog or child. Would totally recommend staying there.

Great Location and Great Home

Very comfortable and lots of amenities that are easy to use including kitchen, dishwasher, barbeque, coffee nook, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, living room, TV set up, internet, etc. Home is very nicely decorated with plenty of supplies such as towels, pillows, and so on. Location is beautiful including two lakes nearby that are swimmable. Main thing to mention to all visitors is there are four key pads on the house and this is confusing. Just focus on the key pad at the top of the front door stairs (main middle front door). Ignore all other key pads. I had trouble at check in as I got off track with all of the keypads and was using the incorrect key pad. Also, avoid opening/using drawer under the stove and screen sliding door as these are a bit wonky/not working.
