Stroll mere steps to the calm waters of Lewis Bay where you can enjoy the soft sand and scenic views. Englewood Beach is located within an easy walk. Head two miles to Sea Gull Beach on the Nantucket Sound for swimming, windsurfing, and collecting seashells. Enjoy a variety of nearby restaurant options or take the kids to Whydah Pirate Museum. Sliding glass doors in the sunroom lead to an ocean-view deck with seating. Two balconies are accessed via the upstairs bedrooms - one of which has a bistro table for two. Fire up the grill in the fenced backyard and enjoy an afternoon cookout. A large lawn is great for yard games. Create tasty meals in the updated and well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine. Stretch out on a leather sectional and two armchairs in the coastal-inspired living room. Watch your favorite shows on the 38-inch cable TV. Spend quality time relaxing in the sunroom, featuring wall-to-wall windows and ocean views. This bright and airy space includes ample lounge seating as well as a four-seat table. Each bedroom of this two-level home features ocean views. The upstairs primary bedroom boasts a private, ocean-view balcony and an en suite bathroom configured with a soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a private balcony with ocean views. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and one reserved space on the street. Things to Know This two-story home is accessed via several steps at the entryway. The fireplace is not operational. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This place was great for our girls weekend. Three renovated bathrooms and an up to date kitchen. Ocean views from some decks. Comfy furniture in the living room. Walking distance to small beaches and a nice breakfast place. We loved it and would consider staying again. Thank you!

Lovely Home

The house had everything we could need and more. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, short drive to restaurants and shopping, wonderful to wake up and see the ocean every morning.

Serenity at the Beach

This is a great property close to water (although not the best beach but still lovely). The home is exactly as pictured and worth every penny. The area is beautiful and well worth a vist.

Spring Cape Golf

Stayed here with friends for a golf weekend. Location was great to courses in West Yarmouth. Was warm enough in mid May to take a dip in the ocean, which was a short walk away.

Great weekend at Cape Shell Oasis

Perfect location for family stay

This was a wonderful house and neighborhood for family vacation with my husband, our 5 year old son and my parents. Easy walk to the calm Englewood Beach, beautiful sunset views from the porch and balconies, and nice open main level. Only thing we missed was an outdoor shower, but the three bathrooms including 2 indoor showers worked out just fine. We would stay here again on a future visit to the cape!

Great location - nice property

We stayed for 3 nights in September. The house is in a beautiful location, just steps away from the bay which makes for beautiful views. We drove to P-town and Falmouth and both were easy drives. The house has a great sunroom in the back which was the perfect place for game nights.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was everything we wanted for our week in Cape Cod. The views were perfect from all the decks and you were steps away from the water. It was also a perfect location to go to Hyannis, the ferries, or even up to Provincetown for a day of exploring! I would highly recommend Turnkey and this property!

Beautiful views in the Cape

The home was clean & very comfy. 5 minute walk to a nearby beach & wonderful neighborhood to walk through during my morning walks. The soaking tub is FABULOUS! The code didn't work when we arrived at the property, and after waiting on the phone, someone was able to assist with getting into the home. The views from the balconies are beautiful. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Loved the house!

The property exceeded our expectations and the management staff for the hpuse were great. An issues was uncovered with one of the bedrooms before we arrived. Communication was great and the issue resolved very quickly!

Cape Shell Oasis family weekend getaway

Cape Shell Oasis is in a great location, walkable to beach on the bay and has sunrise and sunset views from the decks. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. We had some issues with items that were broken or not working: 1 bed, the smoke detector and the front door lock. Vacasa was responsive and fixed the issues that we requested - the most critical being the door lock and smoke detector. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice family reunion at our vacation rental. The location was perfect for us...water warm and the beaches ideal for young children and Seniors. The schlepping of items was easy to the beach. We just with there had been an outdoor shower. We have a handicapped daughter and while the walk in shower was good...a bit bigger would have been better since she really needs someone almost in the shower with her. It was ideal that the bedroom was on the first floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an easy experience booking, staying and closing up with this location and Mariott Homes and Villas. Property description was accurate and the layout of the home was perfect to help us decide. Property was definitely clean and we could tell a lot of love was put into it to update a lot of the house. We received great service from customer service before and during our stay and we definitely would recommend the property to others. Its right on the water in Lewis Bay and there are two small public beaches -free- 3-5 minutes walk from the house. There is one at the marina which is a bit farther and a nice one west of the house. Both were never crowded for the 5 days we stayed.

Amazing location and views

We stayed in the house for a family vacation with our kids and parents and would definitely return. The little beach is a very short walk away and is great for little kids- the water is calm and neighborhood quiet and family friendly. Seagull beach is larger and was only a 5 min drive. The view from the bedrooms was spectacular and it was nice to have a little yard. Also the layout was perfect with a bedroom on the ground floor in addition to the two upstairs - and 3 updated full bathrooms. I would’ve given the house 5 stars but there were some maintenance issues (broken curtain rods, cabinets and towel rods), stained bedspreads, as well as a dirty basement where the laundry is. I’m sure they would’ve come to fix things, but we didn’t want to be bothered ;) with a little more attention, this is a gem!
