Wake up to stunning lake views in this three story beautifully decorated Yarmouth home. Outside, enjoy grilling on the deck, relaxing on the hammock, and the best of lake front outdoor dining. On the top floor, find yourself in a beautiful French-inspired bathroom, get some work done in the office overlooking the lake. On the main level, enjoy your lake view with beautiful classic Cape Cod decorations and a fully stocked kitchen. On the lower level, you can find a game room.
You are just five minutes from the beach and centrally located on Cape Cod. Your next Cape Cod adventure awaits!
Shoes: Please take off shoes while inside house.

Kitchen: Please do not put food down the sink as septic system cannot process.

Maximum Occupancy: No more than 8 guests may sleep in the Property.

Check-In / Check-Out Times: Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM. Prior to checkout, please run dishwasher on a normal cycle and place trash in trash bins.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age.

No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the Property and within 10 feet of any entrance. Violation will result in a deep cleaning fee.

Pets: Pets are not permitted

Events and Parties: No events exceeding 12 people are allowed except w/ written permission.

Trash and Recycling: Please bag your trash and place it in designated receptacles prior to check-out. Trash days and recycling days are Saturdays. Please place trash in the bins on Friday evening. You do not need to bring bins to the street.

Prohibited Items: The following are prohibited on the Property: firearms, illegal substances, fireworks, motorized recreational vehicles.
Conduct: Guests agree to comply with all applicable laws, HOA rules, and local ordinances while occupying the Property. Quiet hours are from 11:30pm-8am.

Grill: Never leave the grill unattended while in use. Brush grates clean after every use. Notify host if propane runs low.

Fire Pit: Please turn off propane valve when not using fire pit. Notify host if propane runs low.

Use/Access: Use of kayaks, stairs, and other restricted areas is strictly prohibited. Garage is similarly off limits. INDOOR FIREPLACE IS STRICTLY OFF LIMITS.
