“Comfortable bed in a quaint budget room with lavatory, but shower/toilet rooms down the hall. Good window A/C unit. Very quiet. My room was on the 3rd floor reached by fairly narrow and steep stairs, so be ready. Good free limited breakfast, free snacks at other times. Very helpful staff. Free parking in a small lot behind the hotel (no huge vehicles), plus overflow in a lot the next street over, and street parking just outside. Fast food options around the corner (only open to 9 PM), and...

“I stayed in a beautiful, tastefully renovated 1 bedroom loft in the best part of Old Port with my teenage daughter. The block was lively and we had the best views of it but what was interesting was how quiet our place remained. I didn't need to rent a car as everything we could possibly need was in walking distance. There is an abundance of art and food in this area. Things are very quick to get to. “The property is in a great location and at first seemed fine but after being there for a few days I noticed a few things - the sink in both the bathroom and the kitchen did not drain well (the bathroom sink actually took hours to drain), the faucet in the kitchen leaked and there living room was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in. The bed was also very uncomfortable. I think this is a good place if you want to stay a day or so but not great for extended stay. They also do not provide...

“I want to give this a 5 plus! Gorgeous apartment with new and reclaimed touches. It has everything you need and more to feel right at home. The location could not be better. Steps to the best dining and shopping. Communication was thoughtful, easy, and fast. Definitely will return!”

“Location is amazing!! The garden cafe is such a nice perk and the drinks and food delicious! Staff is very helpful at the hotel. Enjoy the sauna and spa, it’s a nice treat to have onsite. Quiet at night and the beds are so comfy!!! Staff at the armory and garden cafe were wonderful! Chowder at the Armory was so tasty! We will be back!”
