“Return guests; we stayed in here in 2021 as our first post-covid summer getaway and returned a few years later! We stay at a ton of vrbos (and similar) and rarely return to the same one twice, so our return is a testament to this great carriage house.Dawn is a meticulous, kind host with great attention to detail. As Bostonians we consider New London a real gem and we prefer it to many MA beach towns for price, accessibility, and laid-backness!”

“Great patio! Loved having easy water access with short walk to beach. We tend to cook more and eat in than some vacationers and the kitchen was well-equipped. We especially enjoyed walking out in low tide and swimming in the little cove. The real beach was a short walk for lovely sand and clearer water. The host was available and answered questions promptly. A great location, close to Niantic and to Waterford.”
