The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.

Best Western Fairfax
Decent place for a quick one night business trip. Friendly staff, clean room, excellent breakfast. The heater on my room was terribly loud; it woke me several times during the night when it cycled on. It sounds like a frieght train with a rattle.

Global Luxury Suites at Reston Town Center
There was confusion during check-in as the rental agency did not update the packet/keys with my information and the concierge did not know what to do. I had to call the billing department to confirm there was not a payment issue and that is how it was discovered that the previous renter information ...
