“Big room with lots of amenities. Quiet, helpful staff. New property ”

“I found spiders inside the room and woke up with multiple bites/rashes on my neck and body during my stay. I documented everything with photos. I do not feel safe staying in this room and I’m requesting a full refund”

“Hotel was awesome. Best we've stayed at in Cedar Rapids. Wish the pool was open a little later but otherwise was an amazing stay.”

“I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids.”

“Helpful staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels,etc. Free shuttle to airport. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great large room. Comfortable bed. Staff was awesome. Suggestion that hotel would be an outlet I. The closet so two females can get ready at the same time. Mirror and lighting great just not outlet for hair utensils. Bar was outstanding - Justin was outstanding. Will stay again if visiting this city.”

“Context, (im in crutches, use motel 6 frequently, rarely ever have problems).. Entrance and hallways smelt of fried fish, the bedroom floor was not swept, the bathroom floor was slightly flooded and when we requested for it to be cleaned, they couldnt clean it, so we requested extra towels and the worker stated he couldn't give us extra towels. He offered a room upstairs, I can not walk upstairs. So we left. Would've been nice to get a refund being that we stayed a max of 35 minutes. The...

“This hotel is a dive. The toilet lid was completely unattached in 223. How does housekeeping not report this? No elevator, dirty floors, and the grass hasn't been mowed in a month. Absolutely horrible experience ”

“Everything was ok. The hotel does not have an area to relax in the lobby. The breakfast area is next to the check in area and it didn’t appear to be cleaned after breakfast was over.”

“Breakfast was good-they had a mini waffle maker! I have never seen one of those in a hotel before! We made waffles everyday! The pool was nice-small but that was good for us. The staff were awesome-very helpful and friendly and patient with my grandma! ”
