“We had a pretty sub-par experience with the Waverly Inn apartments. First- check-in was really stressful. We arrived on a Sunday at 4:30, as expected. Check-in time is listed as 4pm so I would imagine check ins would be expected around this time. We arrived to a closed reception desk and no one in sight.
