3 bedroom house 1.7 miles from the beautiful Westerly Beaches of Rhode Island

3 bedroom house located 1.7 miles from the beautiful Westerly Beaches. Large yard for cookouts. New patio has been installed with barbecue island, fire pit, outside shower and a 6 person hot tub. There is 2 car garage for plenty of secured storage for jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. House has 2 family rooms with smart tv’s, the lower level family room has a wood burning stove. House sleeps 10 with the two brand new queen sleeper sofas with mattresses just added. House has 1.5 bathrooms with the outdoor shower for additional showering capabilities.

Great Vacation Spot!

This is a great spot for a family vacation—super clean house with an amazing fire pit/grill/ hot tub area in the back. Close to beaches and convenient for coffee, restaurants, and shopping. Accurate description from the owner—and communication with the owner was easy and always responded fast with answers to all our questions.

Great central location

This home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Westerly. The location is central to many stores, restaurants, and beaches. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time, especially grilling outside in the yard and enjoying the fire pit.

House was clean and well appointed. It is conveniently located to all major activities. Outside seating, fire pit and hot tub were great to have. Check in was a breeze. There are several places in the house to gather in groups.

Great Location

Your home worked out nicely for our weekend needs. We enjoyed the outdoor living space. The kitchen was not stocked very well for in house cooking and I felt that it could of been a little more clean. Cobwebs,dead spiders in bedrooms. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend.

Perfect family getaway

Couldn't of asked for a better host then Matt. Perfect vacation getaway for our family and inlaws family. The house is huge with plenty of beds. In a safe and family neighborhood. A mile from the beaches, and a few miles from Mystic. We will be coming back next year, thanks again!

Great accommodations

Great comfortable clean house, fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious lower level. The host is a gentleman, was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will not hesitate to rent from him again.

Perfect R&R weekend

This property was exactly what was said online. The property was in a perfect location as you had Walmart right around the corner, and you had the Thirsty Beaver and a pizza place literally right at the end of the street. We visited Watch Hill, Wakefield downtown, Burlingame State Park and Misquamicut Beach area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

Memorial Day Stay

Matthew was an awesome host with a beautiful property. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach which was amazing and one minute away from Walmart! He responded extremely quickly when I had any questions and I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Matthew! ☺️

Its very quiet. Mr. Donovan is a quick responsive owner. But i believe it only accommodates 6 person, i check to see if couches turn into sofa beds but they did not. But besides that it was a great stay. Thank you.
